**What do you like best about Dentech?**

It was great at first when there were not many practice management software providers out there.  The first time we updated it was a nightmare.  They always seemed to be behind the times.  The most positive thing was that we did not want to upgrade our computers and server at the time and Dentech allowed us to keep the old equipment since they did not require the compatibility.

**What do you dislike about Dentech?**

Just the outdated nature of the product. Things were changing and they were not updating with the speed of the field. We had numerous issues and eventually had to leave.

**What problems is Dentech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice management.
