**What do you like best about DentalCareLinks?**

The clients that we have that use this service love the ease of sharing cases without having to deal with encrypted email.  The price is right, as it's free, and it does check all the boxes for HIPAA.   It's hard not to recommend taking a look at this.  The owner is very involved in the development and service of DentalCareLinks, he knows he has a good product so he doesn't do any heavy sales tactics.

**What do you dislike about DentalCareLinks?**

It doesn't have a huge userbase yet, and searching for other practices can be a bit cumbersome.  I know they are working on this.  The other issue, is that some on the other end of the collaboration can run into some trouble getting started, although it's generally well received after a learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering DentalCareLinks:**

Give it a try, since it's free.  Talk to the owner, as well, he has been really helpful in understanding the service.

**What problems is DentalCareLinks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to coordinate on cases with specialists, without needing email or other document filing systems.
