What do you dislike about Dendi LIS?
Dendi never does anything I ask. I am used to working with EMR's that take their customers requests seriously and want to adjust their programs accordingly. Dendi always just says, "Sorry, it just doesn't work that way." Regardless of how the issue is affecting our cash flow. In short, customer service is a sore spot for me.
We would like for billers to be able to webhook claims back to the billing company after insurance has been edited. Currently they can't have that without giving them access to edit labs. Those two abilities should not be intertwined. Billing tasks and lab duties should be seperated.
We would like to be able to identify hospice patients for the billing company so they can add the appropriate modifiers.
We would like to be able to seperate out Med A labs from the rest and export the information via csv, but the reports are very minimal.
We are having major issues with Diagnosis Code denials because we need to have a primary diagnosis slot, and we need to be able to limit what diagnosis's are available for the providers to choose from.
Even just small things like being able to sort the information in columns, or having the information be uniform through the program, such as last name be first everywhere instead of randomly changing up to first name first through the pages, would be nice. The small things can matter when it comes to productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
