Using Demostack in the past year was easy and super enjoyable. We used it for different use cases such as Internal education, client enablement, demos for sales, etc.

Not only do they have an exceptional team (not only Customer Success but also Product!), but the product is constantly evolving, and there is always something new happening!

Every issue I've ever had was resolved within days, and teams are always one step ahead.

There are still areas that Demostack can explore and where they can evolve, but there is nothing to dislike. Before purchasing Demostack we compared several demo solutions and their tech is definitely the best on the market.

Sandboxing. Tailoring a demo envrionment to a specific prospect use case for a SaaS product can take HOURS waiting on data ingestion, engineering changes, or quite franklly just be impossible because you can't remove certain data references in your demo environment. When I want my prospects to show off our solution to their leadership, enable them to have a quick evaluation period, and also tailor it to their data points--there's no quicker way to do this than with Demostack! We've also used their product tours functionality to help leads preview our product before they talk with any reps and have been getting plenty of activity on G2! If your product is lacking a PLG trial and want to find something that meets the prospect halfway--this has been an easy way for a non-coding professsional to make happen.

Of note, their support and services have been super responsive, their product team loves to meet with customers and validate their roadmap, and everyone is a pleasure to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They're still defining their space and always are building new features. You may not have every use case solved day 1, but do note they are willing to listen and roadmap your ideas. If you have a LARGE amount of front end elements that need to be changed, sometimes the text, image, and table replacement tools have room to scale, but do note every SaaS app is different--you may not have the same sandbox building challenges I did! It has an intuitive UX, it is easy to personalise and brand. Super reliable, i have never had downtime when i've needed it - and i use it daily.

The support we receive from the demostack team is also greatly appreciated, they are always open to listen to our suggestions for improvements and add these to their roadmap.

The only downside which is obvious is that this isn't a live environment, it's a copy which can make certain demo scenarios challenging. The configurability of the tool and it's labels makes this a minimal issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As as a sales intern, I used Demostack daily to support the team in my past two summer internships. It was easy to navigate, and super useful for a wide range of prospecting situations and meeting preparation. It was also a fun and intuative tool that made my work experience more engaging. - Demo environment as a service is a very great alternative allowing you to do much more than "just" show your platform. Especially helpful for commercial teams, upper funnel, even introducing new features and letting clients to "play with them"

The end result of being able to have a simulated product experience that is designed specifically to show value within a reliable environment where the data is consistent and masking personally identifiable information is awesome. The Demostack customer success team and solution engineering support are out of this world - they are rockstars and have helped to dial in our demo environments and use cases with extreme precision and quick (often instant) response times. Some of the user navigation steps can be a little difficult to discover the right menu/button to achieve the desired outcome, but the updates are always making things easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is very responsive and open to feedback.

The dev cycles have been relatively fast and new updates are frequent--these have allowed some creative/flexible solutions in getting deployed successfully.

From a product perspective, the agile cloning process and live demo capabilities remains a core benefit.

Easy to pull up a demo on the fly to help with discovery or show a specific feature to a customer you want to upsell to without a technical resource or formal session, as well as slack notifications if they click on their own personalised link with analytics! The platfrom experience is very intuitive and helps manage different versions of the environment well. It help drive a consistent experience for all stakeholders and hence driving better business outcomes.
