**What do you like best about Demostack?**

I love the incredible team behind Demostack. They're consistently responsive, supportive, and always ready to help when needed. The platform itself is extremely user-friendly—cloning, editing, and building assets is fast, intuitive, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I'm genuinely impressed by how quickly the Demostack team responds to issues that may need to be ironed out when cloning and editing. I also find it easy to navigate through and use Demostack. The initial setup was very easy with 1-on-1 support and the amazing Demostack team to onboard us.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

The first thing that comes to mind is with Tours, it would be nice to be able to choose the page you want to go to. For example, we have a tour with 328 pages. We would need to tab through to get to page 200.

**What problems is Demostack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demostack to ensure demos are consistent, repeatable, and adapt easily for different audiences.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

I really enjoy working with the Demostack team - they’re collaborative, open to new ideas, and clearly invested in continuously evolving the product. Demostack itself is a strong platform and easy to use. I find it especially helpful to quickly clone demo systems and share them with prospects. The ability to personalize demos with a customer’s name using AI is a great touch and helps make each demo feel tailored and relevant. The shortcuts and built-in features make the platform efficient to navigate, and I also like that you can create product tours either from images or directly from a demo system, allowing us to design more structured and guided experiences through our products.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

There isn’t much that I dislike about Demostack. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the auto-blocking functionality. The Path Protector feature is a great concept - it blocks anything you haven’t explicitly clicked so prospects don’t get lost when exploring a demo. In some of our applications it works very well, while in others there’s room for improvement. That said, one of the strengths of Demostack is how receptive the team is to feedback. When you share suggestions or issues, they actively work to improve the product.

**What problems is Demostack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demostack helps us scale by enabling a modern buying experience and giving prospects access to the product earlier in the sales cycle. It allows us to deliver high-quality demo environments quickly and efficiently, which improves both sales execution and partner enablement. By reducing the time and resources required to create and maintain demo systems, Demostack helps our teams and partners move faster while providing a more engaging and consistent experience for prospects.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

I use Demostack for creating tours, assets, and playbooks for our Sales and Solution Consulting colleagues at Paylocity. I love the ability to make some items look cleaner in our UI and keeping things up to date as time goes on. I also love having presenter pro and guided sandbox options that allow us to customize what our sales executives see and what we can do for our prospects in the future. Presenter pro is so useful to allow talk tracks or key points to be summarized. Guided sandbox option allows us to leave notes or key value props to our prospects. I also love tours and getting to guide internal and external users on our product. For my direct team, the initial setup was easy to understand and adopt, as we had one-on-one support with instructions on what to do as time went on.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

Performance on different computers. Macs obviously work well in the desktop application however we are running into some issues with our Windows laptops.

**What problems is Demostack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demostack allows me to customize and create repeatable demo experiences. I can make our UI cleaner and keep it updated, use 'presenter pro' for summaries, and 'guided sandbox' for notes. Tours help guide users effectively.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

I find Demostack really easy to use and very flexible. These are the two biggest things for me. The ease of use helps me and our team build demos very quickly and get them out fast. The platform is intuitive, which streamlines the process. Additionally, the initial setup of Demostack and integrating it with our SSO platform was very easy, taking just a matter of hours instead of days.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

There are a few user management things that could be a little better. I'm talking sort of more role-based access control or RBAC. I want to be able to restrict users to specific workspaces and also get more information about who's been logging in. It would help us clean up our user list and identify users who haven't been using the system, say, in the last couple of months.

**What problems is Demostack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demostack allows us to quickly create demos without needing a pre-prepared system, saving us time and simplifying the demo process for our team.

Whenever I've noticed minor tweaks or areas not working fluidly, the team quickly responds and makes me feel heard.

is its limited capability for deep testing. one another drawback is the ongoing maintenance required when using Demostack. Since it captures your product at a specific moment in time, any updates or changes made to the actual product necessitate recreating all existing clones from scratch

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

The recording quality is off the charts, super easy and records everything (even things I didn't specifically clicked on). I also really like the find and replace feature, makes things really easy to edit, same with the variables.
I also always get quick and helpful support from the team and I feel like our input has value to them.
In the end you get a demo experience that is almost the same as the original invironment and for me that's why Demostack are the winners.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

I wish the demo url would not change if I edited something in the demo, it's a bit troublesome to update it in the many resources that uses it.
Editing isn't always consistant but a lot of effort has gone into that and I see a lot of improvements.

Creating a production like invironment that is stable and easy to edit based on my needs.

It's very user friendly, you can create interactive tours and demo environments quickly and with great quality

A few bugs to be fixed like sometimes text boxes dont align with selected objects, also when copying code to make a demo environment when converted to a tour the screens are not complete, only showing partial code/ screenshots.

Would be nice to have a feature to allow users to type information into the screens when shown a feauture  (tours)

This program is replacing another software we used to create interactive walkthroughts, the advantage of Demostack is the hability of creating tours easily and fast with voice over

I like that we are able to have a pre-staged set of demo scenarios available without needing to log in to multiple demo systems.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

It's very hard to make it flexible to get more clicks and scenarios on the same environment. Demostack is fine for SDRs and downmarket AE's who want to show a high level overview but not to scale complex demo scenarios.

It solve's system downtime and being able to still conduct a demo.

Demostack allows us to modify everything from the user interface to data points, providing an authentic yet flexible experience that looks like a real product. The "real data" capability is essential when trying to personalize demos for specific client needs or industries. Users can also present product features in stages, highlighting key elements and adjusting flows based on the audience’s interests.

A perfect platform for product demonstrations. The most accurate presentation of the actual functionality. I have used other platforms for product demos but Demostack is hands down the best one.

There is nothing I don't like about Demostack. I love it.

Most customers would want to see how the product works before ordering. Demostack enables me to give a brief run-down on how the product works and what features can be unlocked by upgrading the subscription for existing customers. It gives a realistic picture of what your product can do on a dummy account.

The best thing about Demostack is that it is seamless, it mimics the actual product like I've never seen before. The user experience is so surreal that you can't tell the difference between the Demostack environment vs. the actual product.

So far there's nothing wrong with Demostack. Zero complaints.

Demostack helps me showcase our product in it's true essence to a customer/prospect. Our product is portrayed so accurately and seems so realistic that one can't tell the difference. The fact that all the features of our product work so effortlessly without any hiccups I don't have to feel embarrassed in front of my prospects /customers because a feature or the environment crashed.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

Demostack has been an awesome tool to add to my tool belt when it comes to demoing and saves me a ton of time to make customizations to tell better stories. 

I love being able to set variables for my different demos and quickly and easily change out common changes to make it really bespoke to my prospects. This flexibility not only enhances the overall quality of my presentations but also showcases the adaptability of Demostack in catering to diverse client requirements. 

When it comes to saving time, I can now produce more and faster  custom work without having to go to our devs to get additional changes made. This really helps me focus on refining the content and ensuring it resonates effectively with my target audience rather than the minutia and tediousness of the actual modifications.

I also really appreciate how quickly the team moves in terms of development and fixes. It's been a pleasure working with them and their team as we learn more about Demostack and how we can start to leverage it across more than just our sales demos. Can't say enough good things about them! Sam Collin in particular is a freakin' rockstar!

Not a lot to dislike. It's got room to grow, but their team moves quickly and are super reponsive so we're always seeing new and exciting features that give us new ideas and perspectives on how we can use Demostack.

**What problems is Demostack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now Demostack is helping me to build custom demos and quickly. It helps me easily change out various components of our application to match our prospects requirements and use cases. Before, I had to (1) live with the current state and give generic demos, (2) spend hours customizing demos, (3) manually input data, and/or (4) put in a request to input data/customizations which could have a few day turnaround time. Now in no time at all I can have a fully customized demo that is specific and relevant to my prospect every time. It's been a huge help to my every day work.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

I utilize Demostack almost every time I do a product demo now. We are leaning in to customizing demo orgs to reflect specific use cases for our prospects, but doing that in a real instance is time-consuming.  Having this tool makes this part of my job exponentially easier and helps me ensure that I'm actually doing it instead of skipping it alltogether when pressed for time. The ability to change the look and themes of what I'm showing proves that we listen and understand customer challenges. Something as little as quickly changing terminology speaks volumes and helps them visualize the value they will get when they purchase our platform. Demostack makes it simple to do this. My customers have also said that they appreciate the attention to detail...  I once did a little plug for Demostack.

There is an occasional glitch, but we've been in close communication with our Demostack contacts and they are extremely responsive and fixes are quick.

Demostack solves the problem of having to use internal resources to create new demo orgs every time I need to do a demo. I can do things on my own and it allows me to make cosmetic changes that will resonate with people viewing my product demonstrations. It honestly eliminates the frustration of being reliant on others and the ability to customize things on the surface allows us to convey our message more efficiently.

This tool has significantly expedited our demo customization process, slashing the turn around of custom demos from a cumbersome three-day wait to an impressive sub-24-hour turnaround.

The time savings extend beyond just customization speed. Demostack addresses one of the most time-consuming aspects of product demonstrations: data management. The cloning feature is allowing us to keep our demo environments current with minimal effort. This functionality not only saves time but also ensures that our demonstrations are always accurate and reflective of the latest product state.

Another area where Demostack shines is in its capacity to facilitate demonstrations of pre-release features. By cutting down demo customization SLA from three days to less than 24 hours and simplifying data management through cloning features, it significantly boosts productivity. Additionally, it enhances the demonstration of pre-release features, allowing for quicker market introduction and interactive customer feedback sessions. The attentive support from Demostack's team further amplifies these benefits, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing the platform's value to your business.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

We've been working with Demostack since the early days and the product evolution has been incredible. Our team knew that custom demos were dramatically more likely to close a deal. But scaling on our own tech was impossible. Demostack has been the perfect solve. We can have a custom demo prepped in minutes instead of hours. The "Tour" function is also critical for helping our champions sell when we're not in the room. For revenue leaders, the analytics help you understand what's working and not across your sales team for demos. Finally, the Demostack team is fantastic. Whether keeping us up to date on new features or helping us troubleshoot tech hiccups, they are accessible, responsive, and effective.

Not a negatitive, but work with the Demostack team to understand product fit for your tech, onboarding and training time, and  in-market readiness.

Having the ability to create custom demos has been such a game changer I can't imagine how we would pitch without it. My team uses it almost every day for meeting demos, outreach, and decks. The most vital part of the experience is the fantastic team. When we run into questions or bugs the Demostack team responds right away and always makes time to hop on a call if needed. They always share new features with us and make sure we have what we need.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

Not a true downside, but sometimes there are bugs. (To be expected with new tech.) However as the product continues to evolve they happen less and less and the platform becomes more and more intuitive.

We would be unable to create the volume of custom demos with our prodect. Demostack has made it possible for us to do so.

Sometimes, when I use the desktop version of Demostack, it will crash. I have been in touch with their prompt support staff, and they have worked out a fix!

We were having issues with our internal server-based solution and needed a more reliable solution.  Our internal up time was poor, causing us to miss meetings and scheduled delivery dates.
With DemoStack, we have considerably increased our up-time and ease of deliverables. Now we can log in and in seconds, jump into our recording and even customize it towards our specific customer. What more could you ask for!

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

Sandboxing. Tailoring a demo envrionment to a specific prospect use case for a SaaS product can take HOURS waiting on data ingestion, engineering changes, or quite franklly just be impossible because you can't remove certain data references in your demo environment. When I want my prospects to show off our solution to their leadership, enable them to have a quick evaluation period, and also tailor it to their data points--there's no quicker way to do this than with Demostack! We've also used their product tours functionality to help leads preview our product before they talk with any reps and have been getting plenty of activity on G2! If your product is lacking a PLG trial and want to find something that meets the prospect halfway--this has been an easy way for a non-coding professsional to make happen.

Of note, their support and services have been super responsive, their product team loves to meet with customers and validate their roadmap, and everyone is a pleasure to work with!

They're still defining their space and always are building new features. You may not have every use case solved day 1, but do note they are willing to listen and roadmap your ideas. If you have a LARGE amount of front end elements that need to be changed, sometimes the text, image, and table replacement tools have room to scale, but do note every SaaS app is different--you may not have the same sandbox building challenges I did!

It has an intuitive UX, it is easy to personalise and brand. Super reliable, i have never had downtime when i've needed it - and i use it daily.
The support we receive from the demostack team is also greatly appreciated, they are always open to listen to our suggestions for improvements and add these to their roadmap.
A recent integration they built for us with Slack has allowed us to operationalise our use of the tool to our wider sales team.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

The only downside which is obvious is that this isn't a live environment, it's a copy which can make certain demo scenarios challenging. The configurability of the tool and it's labels makes this a minimal issue.

The maintenance of our sales demonstration environment, and allowing multiple users at the same time to use the tool in different meetings.

The dev cycles have been relatively fast and new updates are frequent--these have allowed some creative/flexible solutions in getting deployed successfully.
From a product perspective, the agile cloning process and live demo capabilities remains a core benefit. 
Performance was bumpy at the start, but after optimizations were made, is now a benefit of using Demostack.

Being able to track the clicks and process allows me to focus outreach and targeting, as well as refine future conversations to prospect priorities.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

There are several ways they've been amazing for us.

The basics:
1. Saved us from any Eng work related to building and maintaining a demo environment. Getting new features in the environment is a breeze. Changing the demo env to make it nicer/cleaner/consistent is done by an SE in minutes.
2. Works really great over slow connections, which is especially great for trade-show booths.
3. The demo is super reliable: No production issues, stale data, screwing up settings, permission issues, etc. 
4. Our PMM created a cool product tour for our website in about 3 days, without needing anyone.

The surprise breakthrough:
It allowed us to sell our product to smaller customers without doing a real full POC.
We do this by providing them with a “Sandbox environment” which is really our demo system. This is a true game-changer. Multiple 6-figure deals closed this way. Cost of setting up the env is $0. This is truly amazing for us.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

I just wish I had it earlier in my career.

**What do you like best about Demostack?**

The product is super easy to use, and the support is outstanding. Our Customer Success Manager is the best at helping us through the onboarding and implementation process and handling all of our support and technical requests. 

From a technology standpoint, the recording functionality is like magic, easily recording all of the ins and outs of our platform. The editing and tours technology are super easy to use and we were able to get up and running with very little training.

**What do you dislike about Demostack?**

My dislike is more of a Pro than a Con, but I wish some of their roadmap items were already available, like keeping replace images and keeping dates fresh. There are already so many great features that they are pushing out that I want more because it's making my job easier and allowing us to deliver more killer demos.

Maintaining a SaaS Demo Environment requires product and engineering resources, and those resources are scarce and valuable. Demostack allows me to save Product and Engineering's time for more pressing needs and empowers me to customize and create better demos.
