You are sharing the screen you want while navigating others. The customer doesn't see the other screens. The recording feature: it gets stuck, and most of the time, it doesn't record at all. It usually starts automatically when you open the meeting. I wouldn't say I like it. Through a meeting or a conference it is extremely necessary to take notes that later can support doubts and questions that may arise, this is a very relevant aspect that is not included in the platform, it is extremely useful and would not cease to be a perfect complement and even a tool that would act for the users of the software, in the same way as a work team, we use external tools to solve this aspect. It is a platform with which no downloads or extensions are required, it is simply worth starting a meeting from the browser and sharing the link, which participants can join with any browser and device. We definitely like the continuous use of this system because it has allowed conferences to be held in a much faster and simpler way without having to download or create accounts, everything is done through its website, the main user creates the room and in turn With an invitation link, you can add participants, however it can also be done through contacts, adding only the emails and they are immediately invited more automated quickly and easily without the need to be sending 1 to 1, we like how it has been handled the tools as they are fast and intuitive and the tools are few so it is easy to use them. We have no complaints about its platform. Not having to download software makes it much simpler. However, in the future you can improve the interface so far it has worked perfectly but a new interface would attract a new face or improvement since it would be an innovation, (It is only a suggestion) It does not affect the functionality of the software. Mainly the system was acquired because we need to solve a problem of conferences and events, in turn investigating we managed to reach Demodesk in order to use their free trial the free trial system, this Trial has all the benefits and tools that the system normally offers us That's why we loved it because I never save some kind of configuration, absolutely nothing, everything is shown and tested, it is very simple and very simple, in my opinion it is very detailed, complete and the characteristics are the same as any other videoconferencing software, however it is characterized being different because you do not have to download a type of extension or download a file to the computer, everything is done through the web.
