Demodesk is very reliable when it comes to having a group meeting either with clients or in our organization and the best thing is that now, my whole sales team has been obsessed with its screen sharing features. They are just awesome and very helpful in pitching our services in front of clients. Also, there are many other features like video call recording,chat, calendar, screen share, global audio dial-in, and many more. One more thing I want to add here is while having a meeting with clients we can have multiple slides on our screen but this won't be shown to our client, he will only see the presentation and this feature has helped us to increase our sales. Our salespeople are very busy with customers and always do their best. With the stored sales decks, scans, and the easy navigation of websites (which we set up beforehand), we can give our employees time to ensure ideal quality. Demodesk is very intuitively designed, and many small features like the battle cards significantly ease the demos and presentations, making the tool incomparable to online presentation tools. Besides usability, the Demodesk team is very customer-focused; we receive a lot of support, individual training, and our feedback is heard and sometimes implemented. If the product cannot be adjusted, we are offered a good alternative or workaround that someone else has already thought of.
