Ease of use is superb - for a client as well as for our teams. Demodesk has a great, very responsive and helpful team. The combination of a solid appointment management tool and a worldclass video conferencing tool is outstanding. Screensahring is much better than in zoom, Teams or others, thus meetings become more interactive. Playbooks can include different files as well as websites, which is the basis for a seemless presentation. The integration with Salesforce works as expected - in both directions. Structured Sales and Customer Success calls (providing centralized playbooks); enabling our users to use battlecards in customer calls (thus empowering the reps to answer every question); automated invites/emails and reminders before the meeting and integrated follow-up template after a meeting.
