The use of playbooks gives great opportunities to structure and standadize your sales pitch. Combined with the interactivity feature we were able to create a whole new customer expericience. If there is a problem, the Demodesk team is always there for you, helping to find a quick solution. Also the software has improved also a lot over the last year. Once you have everything set up and connected to the CRM, it runs totally great. The customer experience is also top-notch, we've never had any problems here. There are two missing features that would be icing on the cake: more detailed recordings of the demo (with camera, text script...) and detailed evaluations for every single sales rep. The connection usually went pretty bad with screen sharing - that's not the case with Demodesk!
