"Transformative Demo Platform that Empowers Sales Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I love the flexibility Demoboost provides—being able to decouple our demo environment from engineering resources is a game-changer. The platform lets me fully customize demos with real customer workflows, and the modular architecture makes it easy to build, duplicate, and personalize demos for different use cases and buyer personas. The playlists and methodology training are also valuable resources that help standardize delivery and boost sales confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

So far, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks with Demoboost. If anything, the main challenge has been the initial effort to build out a large, complex sandbox demo, but that's more about the scale of our needs than the platform itself. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor setup challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, personalised demos"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

Speed from idea to demo. I can duplicate an existing demo, swap in a prospect's branding and a realistic data set, and have a tailored walkthrough ready very fast; work that used to mean booking solution-engineering time for a sandbox build. The shareable interactive demos have also changed how we follow up: instead of a recap email, prospects get a link they can click through themselves, and the engagement data shows which sections they replayed. That tells me where the real interest sits better than any reply does. Guided flows keep non-technical stakeholders from getting lost mid-demo, which matters when several people from a buying committee are in the room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Keeping demos in sync with the product is still largely manual. When our UI changes, someone has to go back and update captured screens, and there's no straightforward way to see at a glance which demos have gone stale. Initial setup took longer than expected before the first demo felt genuinely polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rapid, Risk-Free Demo Environments That Keep Deals Moving"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

What I like most is how fast we can spin up a demo environment without pulling in engineering. Before Demoboost, a tailored demo meant a real sandbox, real data prep, and someone from product babysitting the call. Now our pre-sales team clones the product, customizes the data to the prospect's context, and it's ready in a fraction of the time, with no risk of something breaking live on the call. The leave-behind demos have also been useful: prospects can share them internally with stakeholders who never joined the original call, which keeps deals moving between meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

The initial setup takes more work than I expected. Getting the first demo built properly means going through a fair bit of clicking and configuring, and there's a learning curve before it feels quick. Once you have a template it's fine, but I'd have liked a faster on-ramp at the start.

The editor can also feel a bit fiddly when you're making small changes to an existing demo. Nothing blocking, just slower than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Product Tours with Solid Lead-Gen ROI and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

Demoboost is really easy to use. The HTML capture flow to capture screens from our product is very simple through their Chrome extension, making it easy for us to spin up product tours and walkthroughs for our customers. For my primary use case, we've seen solid ROI from creating a self-guided product tour for lead-gen. Leads who take this tour are much more likely to qualify and close than our standard lead.

The support team and our CSM are also really responsive; I've had a great experience working with them so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

One small nitpick is that there's a little friction in embedding our own forms on the product. They offer forms natively, but we prefer to have more control and customization over those forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Decroix of Demoboost

Thank you so much for the lovely review! 🤩

We’re so happy to hear Demoboost is helping you create product tours quickly and turn them into solid lead-gen ROI. That’s exactly what we love to see — prospects exploring the product on their own terms and your team getting stronger qualification and conversion.

Also really appreciate the feedback on form embedding- we will be in touch offline to chat about your experience!

Excited to keep supporting you!

"Interactive Demos That Boost Engagement and Conversions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

What I find most helpful in DemoBoost is how it lets me use interactive demos directly in outreach campaigns instead of immediately pushing for a meeting. Prospects can explore the solution on their own, which feels less intrusive and helps educate them before we even talk and I've seen a clear lift in engagement and conversion rates. I also get a lot of value from dynamic playlists during qualification: seeing which topics a prospect chooses to explore gives me real context and makes follow-up conversations much more relevant.

On top of that, creating and customizing demos is easy, the AI editing speeds up updates while adding nice finishing touches and the support team doesn't just answer questions they share practical advice on getting the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Covers my needs. Excited to see what's coming next in terms of new features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Demoboost helps our reps tell a more consistent story"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

It helps us bring structure to how reps show the product. Before, every AE had their own version of the demo and their own way of explaining things. Some were great at it, but others would either go too deep into features or miss the bigger value story. With Demoboost, we can give reps a clear demo flow, organize demos in a library, and include speaker notes so they know what to say, not just what to click. That makes it much easier to keep messaging consistent across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Nothing major stands out. The main thing is to keep demos organized as usage grows, especially if multiple people are creating content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Decroix of Demoboost

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We appreciate your input on the need to keep demos organized as usage grows. We're continuously working on improving our platform to ensure a seamless experience, especially as more people create content.

"Demoboost is a valuable tool for high‑quality demos"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

Using Demoboost has made it much easier to create demos that feel polished without needing a designer or developer. I’ve been able to turn complex workflows into simple, guided experiences that prospects can click through at their own pace. The platform does a great job of balancing power with usability at a low price point. What impressed me most is how consistent the demos look. No more worrying about broken environments or last‑minute fixes before a call. The analytics also help validate what’s resonating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

There are still areas for improvement. Some customisation options feel a bit limited, and managing a growing library of demos requires discipline. But none of these are blockers; they’re more like opportunities for refinement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Decroix of Demoboost

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Demoboost! We're glad to hear that it has helped you create consistent, polished demos and provided valuable analytics. We continuously improve our product, so pls stay tuned for the new releases to get more customisation options!

"Expert-Level Messaging, Demos, and Unmatched CS Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

It takes literally seconds to capture the screens and prepare the demo and the process is pretty straightforward. Ability to direct different prospects through different demo flows. Demos can be updated without rebuilding from scratch in demo editor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Nothing major comes to mind. Like with any platform, there is a short learning curve at the beginning, especially when deciding how to structure demos and organize content internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Decroix of Demoboost

We're thrilled to hear that you find Demoboost's demo-building process quick and straightforward. Our goal is to provide an intuitive platform that empowers your team to deliver impactful demos.

"Easy to use platform with lots of customization!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

I have been using Demoboost for over a year, and what I love most are the customization it offers, and how many features are constantly being added to improve the platform. We switched from another platform to Demoboost, and the support from the team has been nonstop. Many times I've casually provided feedback and then have seen a new feature added not long after, or if they're not able to implement a new feature right away, a custom fix can often be made. Features like voice-over, autoplay, and auto-save are always being updated and have made building and sharing demos simple and effective. The analytics and lead capture tools have also given us better insight and the right information for follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

Demoboost is now a very robust platform with many of the features I look for in a demo tool. Because I've worked with Demoboost for a while, some of our older demos don't have access to their newer capabilities, which is understandable, but it does mean extra effort is required to make newer version of our legacy demos. "Easy, Scalable Interactive Demos That Drive Adoption"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Demoboost?

What I like most about Demoboost is how easy it is to create interactive demos without relying on technical resources. The platform makes it simple to build guided experiences that are far more engaging than documentation or videos, while also being less time-consuming for customers than traditional training sessions. Our customers can learn at their own pace, while we can quickly update demos whenever workflows or features change.

Another thing I appreciate is that the team is constantly improving the product and making demo library organization and maintenance easier with each release. Overall, it's been quite a scalable way to educate users, drive adoption and reduce the number of basic support requests our team receives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Demoboost?

We haven't encountered any significant downsides so far. There's naturally a bit of a learning curve when deciding how to structure your demo library and workflows, but the platform is quite intuitive and the team is always available to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
