There's a lot to like about Demio, but their intuitive interface, responsive support, and flexible roadmap are the primary reasons we chose Demio over several other competing platforms that we researched and tested. The in-room experience Demio provides is also fantastic, with clickable CTAs, polling, and the ability to highlight questions in the chat and display them "on stage" when answering. As of this review, Demo lacks some advanced features that competitors offer, like automated comments, completely customizable email communications, gated recordings, separate speaker and shared-screen video file downloads, etc.; but, being so new, we're confident many of these features will be available in time. The team at Demio is the most responsive of any tech company I have worked with. Their chat response time is less than 5 minutes and they are quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions. Running a webinar is easy when you have their customer support to walk you through set up. I love that I can record a webinar and run it along with a live chat. Participants can register right in Demio and all the reminders and the recording are sent directly through Demio. It truly is the easiest way to run a successful webinar! One aspect that is not user-friendly is having to set up a duplicate of the webinar for practice before the actual webinar, using a different link. Demio has made recording webinars very easy. Our presenters can rehearse as many times as needed and add slides or pop-up prompts. We especially like that we can replay automated webinars. The insights tool is beneficial, and converting registrants and attendees to Excel is easy. Demio is a fantastic tool that has helped us to market to more people virtually with ease.
