Demio has a very intutitive user interface with many features that apply when it comes to hosting webinars. Demio allows us to deliver our customer education sessions to multiple clients at the same time. This saves a lot of our time and also helps with resource management. The on demand webinars are even better at this, since by recording a good version of the webinars we can share it with more people - they can watch it on their own time, from the comfort of their home if needed, and we can answer their questions afterwards as well. Last but not least, their Customer and Product teams are ace! They always reply and help, very friendly and find solutions to our problems. The two webinars I have run so far have been littered with audio issues. There have been delays, feedback noise, echos, people not being able to come off mute. It's difficult to trouble shoot these issues, everything basically has to be perfect in order for it to work. I've never had these issues using Zoom webinar software. Demio is an easy-to-use webinar tool that makes it easy to host panel-style discussions with on-screen presentations. I use the tool for co-branded webinars, and my guests always have an easy time learning the interface. The public chat is intuitive, and I like the poll options and ability to mark audience chats as questions to return to later for Live Q&A portions. The audience insights and auto-recording for later distribution are excellent tools, demonstrating the length of participant viewership, focus, and dropoff points.
