The platform is very easy to use and we've liked it so much that we are rolling it out to 5 other teams in our company. So far in the last month we have hosted (3) webinars, each of which we sold out 500 seats in less than 2 weeks total. I was very impressed with the ease of use during the live performances - distributing handouts was great. We also really like the ability to mark questions and answer them as we go. **What do you dislike about Demio?** The only downside to demio, which I understand they are working on is allowing us to get more detailed analytics on who watched our webinar recordings. Our company is very big on analytics and demio already provides a lot of data from our past webinars, but we are just looking for a little bit more. **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to engage with our existing audience in a one-to-many relationship. The economies of scale don't allow us to talk 1:1 with our users, and demio helped bridge the gap by allowing us to delivery really, really smooth webinars to our attendees. Zoom webinars cost around 45 USD month, vs 69 USD (for more than 100 attendees). So in comparison, it's a bit more expensive than its competitors. **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to use webinar as a branding and lead gen tool. It helps us create community and also talk more with our audiences in a faster and more direct way. We like the feature of having multiple different event types and times. **What do you dislike about Demio?** It's hard to integrate into Hubspot. We use a third party capture form and had to do several zaps to get all data to flow accurately from our form to Hubspot to Demio. They're always so friendly and helpful. Usually, reaching out to Support can be a bit annoying, but if I ever need anything I am confident that my interaction with the Demio Support Team will be positive and hassle-free. **What do you dislike about Demio?** So far, the platform has been great. The only thing that I would say is that I wish there were some more advanced features like making the chat visible on the replay page (like the Zoom recordings), and that Demio had a feature for you to be able to trim the replay. Also, it is very easy to embed the registration form into your website as well as the player. The interface is very simple and easy to run. **What do you dislike about Demio?** You can't delete the logo once you have it uploaded. If you don't have your logo, which shows very small and has very limited ways to customize the format, Demio's logo will show up. But there are situations when you embed certain forms and you don't want the logo at all. There is no ala carte way to get adons. For example, when you want to have an option of an automated event, you have to increase the size of the audience, And that can get very expensive. **Recommendations to others considering Demio:** So far it is probably the best option for the audience-features-price ratio, I was able to find. **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Demio allows me to run large attendance webinars with the ability to embed certain functions on my website. One of the best aspects is the study of demographics post the webinar. One gets an idea of how many people attended or missed or left midway. There are a lot more features to understanding your target market. This tool helps create a sales strategy. Their customer support is prompt and swift. **What do you dislike about Demio?** With these features one can get immense benefits from understanding the participants better, therefore it could be great if more people can be allowed to register and enter the webinar. Also sometimes one may have last-minute changes or additions to the PowerPoint. It would be great if one can directly share the screen instead of uploading it before the webinar. There is a limit to allowing participants to unmute or interact. It would be great if this feature could be enhanced and the host or the presenter could unmute more participants as sometimes the text chat may not give clarity to the doubts or concerns. An audio interaction can help in understanding and addressing the concern in a timely fashion. **Recommendations to others considering Demio:** If someone has tried other webinar tools, it's best not to compare Demio with them. Better to explore it on your own with an open mind. This helps in understanding the simplicity and ease of use. If you are a first-timer, don't hesitate to contact the support team through the little chat window. I also like that videos, ppt's, etc can be pre-loaded into the platform instead of having to screenshare. Pop-up link box is cool, polling is great. Overall, just easy to use. A great choice for people doing very simple webinars/virtual events. Our audience enjoyed getting to be on the platform, liking the simple interface and the fact that it wasn't Zoom made it feel like a special space. Also, customer service is fabulous. **What do you dislike about Demio?** Only 3 webcams at once and it puts them side-by-side in the recording which minimizes the size of each speaker (should allow 4 webcams at least to make a perfect square, and stack images 2x1 when it's 3 webcams to avoid white space), glitchy for a second when turning webcam on/off, no upvoting Q&A, powerpoints are uploaded as individual image files per slide so you can't have transitions/animations/sound, recording quality is just OK. Also wish you could test the room more than 24 hours out. I scheduled prep sessions with our speakers 1-2 weeks out and had to recreate the room, polls etc instead of just being able to do the prep session in the actual room **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** People are tired of Zoom, so it was nice to offer a different space for a virtual event. Demio manages to fill this niche, while not sacrificing functionality. Demio makes it easy to get your webinar program up and running, allowing you to focus on the content instead of worring about logistics. Some of my favorite features in Demio include the ability to save a recording of the webinar replay, the ability to share a link to a webpage hosting a replay of the webinar video, and the easy to create landing pages that Demio provides for my registrants. Besides these features I really appreciate how easy it is to use the webinar room when actually hosting the webinar. This makes it easy for the host to make their way through a presentation even if the presenter is not immediately familiar with the software. **What do you dislike about Demio?** There are some good features in Demio that I still believe could be improved. More customizable landing pages could be one of these features as currently Demio only gives you a few options when designing these. Another one of these features that is great but could be imporved would be the automated email notifications. Demio only lets you customize these emails by adding a certain amount of custom text. Increased customizablilty for both the landing pages and email notifications would let a brand really take control of their branding while still using Demio as a platform. **What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Demio to host webinars in order to maintain engagement with my audience. Demio is a perfect solution with marketing analytics merged with an easy-to-access platform for hosting the webinar itself. Instead of hiring a website/graphic designer to set up a registration page, hiring a marketing platform to email and analyze registrant behavior and buy access to a platform to host the webinar itself; You can buy Demio for all of the above. Demio has multiple integrations, and with its Zappier integration, you can marvel at how technology will be automating your tasks with high efficiency. Most notably, technology can be intimidating and inaccessible. The word integrations itself scared me. But the Demio customer support is a league above all others. They respond within minutes with links and detailed solutions to all your queries. They even go to lengths trying to answer questions about other apps, something most other customer support lines would shrug off as 'not our problem.' I would highly recommend Demio to any and every start-up out there. Most importantly, I will put my money where my mouth is- that is with Demio. **What do you dislike about Demio?** Demio would be the perfect tool if they had a universal link to join the webinars instead of a personalized link to registrants. Most registrants (in India) could miss emails or find them in spam.
