**What do you like best about Demio?**

Our webinars not only generate high-quality leads, but they also engage our audience on a deep level. Its basic design and user-friendly interface made it popular with me, the rest of the staff, and the attendees. Because there were no cuts or technical glitches throughout the live performance, we were able to project a professional image.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

If your event will be particularly large, you may want to consider spending a little more money than what is required by the basic package.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to improve lead quality, reduce live abandonment, and increase attendance by 25% using real-time engagement and surveys. The results were clear. Furthermore, by automating many routine processes, the team gained more time to focus on content planning and demand generation.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

As a sales operation, it is my responsibility to ensure that the operations on my team meet and exceed customer expectations. Scheduled sessions in a flash, invite customers with one click and easily share their screen, videos or presentations, all thanks to the platform’s incredibly easy-to-use interface. The level of interaction was what really captivated me. Clients have the option to raise their hand during meetings to speak, ask questions or participate in real-time surveys. Because of this, our meetings are now more lively and interesting, which has increased participation and ultimately revenue.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Although rare, some attendees of our last webinars experienced delays in streaming. We think there may be problems with the connection. It's not a major issue.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The impact of our customer meetings has increased considerably. With Demio, we created an interactive success story from which the customer could see real-time statistics and ask questions without leaving the platform; We had clients who signed contracts the next day because of how well organized and efficient our meetings were. We now have the ability to respond to live queries, share screens and display interactive images as needed. Being able to record and share these sessions proved to be an invaluable asset that we are also taking advantage of in order to increase our lead generation efforts. Ease of use, automation and interaction tools make it one of the best platforms for webinars.

The webinar platform experience itself was ok.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

I used Demio to run a webinar and collected registrant emails while on a paid plan. After canceling, I was shocked to find out I couldn’t export the list unless I subscribed again. Support confirmed this (see attached screenshot).

This feels really unfair — I paid for the service and hosted the event, but they block access to my own data unless I keep paying. It’s a frustrating and disappointing policy.

We’ve been using Demio to run quick, high-impact webinars, and it’s been a smooth ride from day one. The platform is simple and intuitive - perfect for our marketing managers to spin up sessions on the go without needing heavy support. It’s helped us stay agile and consistent with our campaigns. The Demio team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Definitely great value for money.

The platform is quite basic - yet again, that's exactly what we need.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Compared to some other ones I have used, I like the user interface, it's simple. I like the camera view so that you can move back and forth between the different views and see yourself as well. I like the polls, resources, and handouts you can upload to get the room ready for you as well. And I like the options to modify the landing page and make it longer if needed. It's not the prettiest but at least you can play around with different fonts.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

I have usually hard time with all zapier connnections. I wish sharing the link with possible viewers would be easier. When they have to register to get it (I get that it's good that you can get a unique link) but sometimes I just wanna share the same link with people who have already registered to one of my sessions elsewhere. I wish it would integrate seamlessly with Clickfunnels. And i also wish I could do for example 3 day event instead of setting up an event that runs daily. I know you can delete the future days but when you ask for a feedback, these are my wishes :)

I wold use zoom otherwise but because Demio offers people a chance to stay anonymous when they join and the participants can't see each other, that is helpful for me.

The platform itself is excellent for hosting a webinar. You won't have the potential connectivity issues you'd have with other meeting platforms, the interactive elements keep attendees engaged, and you get really good post-webinar analytics.

The HubSpot integrtation is cumbersome. You have to set it up for every webinar, plus create three seperate lists in HubSpot to track back to Demio.

One of the biggest problems with webinars is that they're a pain to set up and execute. Demio makes it super simple with their email templates, room set up, and post-webinar analytics.

Demio is one of the most flexible and intuitive webinar solutions around. The quality and customer service over the last 5 years have been excellent. From standalone to recurring to evergreen webinar options, there are tons of way to make Demio work for you. I really appreciate the automation and integrations as well.

I would add native stripe paywall, but Zapier and other options work for now.

The product is far too confusing to use and full of issues, like it won't recognise your microphone or work with a Safari browser. No one could hear me on the call so I tried to reset the microphone despite it testing ok beforehand. I then tried to leave and rejoin, only to find I had ended the session, cut everyone off and ended the session which I could not rejoin. Expensive for what it is and far too buggy. Won't be using again.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Demio is a solid webinar service. I run an e-learning company, and Demio allows us to schedule webinars according to our needs, download videos, and post them on social networks. It also enables us to link Demio databases with our e-commerce campaigns and post automated webinars. The stability and customer service are good, with always a person available on chat, providing effective solutions. I think the annual prices are actually very reasonable. I think we have used now for about 5 years and we pretend to continue using it.

Really no complains. Demio is a good service and i had no problems since i begining to use it.

Demio is a continuously evolving webinar platform, especially after the merger with Banzai (which has also become a public company), making Demio a highly customer-oriented webinar platform.

The latest update (Mobile Stage Support) makes it easier for hosts and presenters to conduct webinars on all mobile platforms with the same capabilities as desktop.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

There are almost no drawbacks with Demio; however, I provided feedback suggesting they release a "Dynamic Starting Soon Times" feature, allowing automated events to run every 5 minutes or 15 minutes.

We use Demio mostly for marketing purposes, webinar funnels, and lead generation.

We've used Demio for some of our online webinars and I have to say the platform is very robust! It's got a ton of engagement features and analytics that really help you maximize the effectiveness of online webinars.

I didn't really see any downsides, other than for smaller firms that might find pricing to be an issue, but the pricing is fine for any growth-orientated company with revenue or funding.

We used Demio to host an online webinar. We are able to identify users that were engaged with the webinar the most, interact with the audience, and much more than your typical webinar streaming platform.

The ease of use in creating a webinar, landing page, and the various features that feel much more modern to use than other webinar platforms. I love that you can push links and attachments within the webinar also and then track the engagement of those items.

So far there is only one big issue I find. And that is the integration with hubspot. We were previously using gotowebinar and everything about that platform is worse than Demio....except for the hubspot integration. Demio's feels a bit clunky, however, I know they are working on it (to be able to use active lists instead of static, etc.).

So far attendance rates to our webinars. That's one of the primary reason we switched from gotowebinar. We wanted a platform with easier use and one aimed at getting "butt's in seats"

**What do you like best about Demio?**

There is a lot that I love about Demio. I have been using it for over three years and it has continually delivered an excellent experience everytime. Having run 100s of events and spent $100,000s in ad spend to my Demio events here are some of things I like the most.

- extremely tidy user interface at every point. For both presenters and attendees.

- it is very quick to set up and manage my events. The logical layout is excellent and the settings load quickly.

- it has excellent user experience for event attendees on the mobile device. I find this to be surprisingly rare amongst the competition.

- it has the full set of foundational features that you need inside of a webinar tool. Specifically, tidy chat area that enables both public or private chat depending on your preferences and settings. The ability to engage in one on one chat with attendees, it has an excellent Q&A feature that lets you mark questions and answer them during Q&A time. It has a great featured action feature that lets you promote your offer so that attendees can click through and take action. As well as polls and handouts etc... (I am continually surprised by alternative platforms and how they lack basic features when compared to Demio.)

- best in class for customer support. You can chat to their team via webchat instantly at anytime of the day or night any day of the week! This has been amazingly helpful for us knowing that the team is there to help us overcome obstacles and answer our questions. The support is detailed and connects departments to provide insight and resolve problems.

- the price is very good as well when compared to alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

A few things that I would like to see developed.

- direct integrations are a bit limited. It would be great to have more direct integrations with a wider range of CRM software. Or a webhook.

- It integrates very well via zapier. However zapier is expensive and it would be great if they had more robust integrations with other automation tools such as make.com or via their API.

- updates to the integrations are currently on the roadmap... Hopefully it will come soon.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demio is a key marketing tool for us. It is helping us to connect with our customers and to build rapport using the webinar format. It is making is easy for our attendees to join us for our events.

Demio has a very intutitive user interface with many features that apply when it comes to hosting webinars. It was quite easy and straightforward to connect with multiple tools such as Stripe to collect payments and Slack to inform our team for new registrations.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

As a suggestion i would recommend to add the ability for guests to be able to share their camera and microphone without having to invite them on stage. This works great for small groups.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Demio allows us to deliver our customer education sessions to multiple clients at the same time. This saves a lot of our time and also helps with resource management. The on demand webinars are even better at this, since by recording a good version of the webinars we can share it with more people - they can watch it on their own time, from the comfort of their home if needed, and we can answer their questions afterwards as well. Last but not least, their Customer and Product teams are ace! They always reply and help, very friendly and find solutions to our problems. Super easy to integrated with our own tools, easy to use and implement. We use it very frequently in our team.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Video quality could be crispier sometimes.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hold our Customer education sessions. The benefits are that we can reach more customers at the same time, and minimize the resources used on our side.

Easy to get set up and spin up registration pages

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

The two webinars I have run so far have been littered with audio issues. There have been delays, feedback noise, echos, people not being able to come off mute. It's difficult to trouble shoot these issues, everything basically has to be perfect in order for it to work. I've never had these issues using Zoom webinar software.

It's easy to get signed up and get registration pages live.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Demio is an easy-to-use webinar tool that makes it easy to host panel-style discussions with on-screen presentations. I use the tool for co-branded webinars, and my guests always have an easy time learning the interface. The public chat is intuitive, and I like the poll options and ability to mark audience chats as questions to return to later for Live Q&A portions. The audience insights and auto-recording for later distribution are excellent tools, demonstrating the length of participant viewership, focus, and dropoff points.

I also pair Demio to Hubspot events through Zapier integration, making it easy to connect to my marketing tools and Salesforce CRM.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Not a dislike so much as a feature request - it would be nice if both the live webinar and the recording had options on how to position panelists and on-screen presentation materials. I believe they are in fixed positions right now.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demio helps me to conduct live webinars with our business partners to large audiences (several hundred participants at times). It allows me to share slide presentations, conduct polls, and engage with audiences in a chat.

These tools help drive new customers and inform them of the benefits we offer.

I like that it's browser-based and I can easily find everything I need within the simple interface! Demio makes webinar engagement and audience participation a breeze. On the analytics side, you can see engagement data to help qualify attendees!

Webinars are hard enough on their own but the existing tech is also pretty clunky and hard to implement. With Demio, spinning up webinars is super simple and it makes us look dang good.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

It supposedly provides good analytics about behaviour of participants. That may well be true, however, webinar product must just work in the first place. If it doesnt, it is less than worthless.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

We had an important webinar yesterday with over 100 participants registred. A thing where you put a lot of money and effort to run. 

We decided to connect a full hour before on Demio to check if everything is ok.

It was not. 

First of all, it took very long time to connect. 

You just wait trying to switch browsers and see if it helps to get it working.

My experience is that many things do not work as they should. So instead of being able to rely on product, you are left extremely stressed (we talk of a live webinar here!) with a hope that it will work.

During live session one of admins was just disconnected. Fortunatelly other one was running the slides. 

I also was not getting sound from the other speaker, while people in audience were able to hear him. Sometimes sound returned.

That alone is enough to spoil the day. Moreover, this causes significant reputation risks with the audience we invested huge efforts to get.

Then today I cannot log into tool to get a recording. I asked for password and still didn't get the email.

And that is a product we pay real money for.

It turns out, it is creating problems instead of solving them. If a webinar tool doesnt work, the rest of benefits doesnt matter. 

We experienced lots of stress and webinar participants had poor experience.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Demio is an insightful software that works really well and achieves the objectives and goals that we set. What I like best about Demio is the fact that its interface presents all key features in a modern manner, and it displays all the necessary tools to start planning events and webinars in an effective way. Firstly, the software allows us to create distinctive invitations to attendees that increase engagement and set reminders so that no one misses the webinar. During the webinar, there are many tools integrated in the Demio interface to communicate with the attendees and increase engagement by the implementation of polls, questions, file-sharing, and more; through the ability to screen share we are able to complete our webinars.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

While Demio's set of features works very well and provides good results in the engagement area, I think that one of Demio's disadvantages comes with being a web-based application because it requires the internet connection to be good in order to have a good experience and not have any delays in the audio or video, it is a very important thing to consider when planning the events in order to offer the best of experiences to all attendees. Thankfully, Demio does have a tool that allows the events to be recorded, and they are easily accessible once the event has finished.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demio continues to be a software that exceeds the expectations and goals that we set for our webinars, it is a solution that has slowly increased our engagement during every event, and it has allowed us to study and analyze our webinars' data with our CRM tool, in order to make very big and conscious steps towards increasing our leads and as a result, increasing the sales in our business. Demio has helped us automate the process of every webinar that we plan through the addition of tools that help customize every aspect of the event before it starts so that it is presented automatically and the timed actions are presented during every specific moment of the event, to make sure that the audience remains entertained and keeps the attention for the entire duration of the event.

I loved the email prompts demio has to get you started. It offers you the confirmation email along with other parts to your sequence to make sure your usrs get the infromation you need for your webinar.

I also love the resource feature demio has. You can prepare your webinar with links, slides and resources and then when you are ready to share it with the room - a convenient opt in button pops on the screen . 

Demio is also a very attractive software and incredibly easy to use. I wasn't confused setting it up and it made the rest of my job very easy

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

I didn't love how you couldn't customize the emails - though I was on a very simple plan so it might be in the upgrade. 
I also had many people connecting with me asking what time zone the event was in. The drop down feature didnt specify that the times were shown in their time zone which caused some confusion. 
I was also desperately missing the ability to interact with the audience. I really wanted to be able to open the room to see everyone participate

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Demio is an essential platform for creating seminars and for creating new meetings. The main feature that I loved about this platform is the fact that it allows me to have a system of surveys and questionnaires implemented in each session; this is quite beneficial since when I need to ask the participants something specific, I can get a answers lot. More optimized and organized, the polls system allows you to obtain opinions on any question from your meeting participants.

Also, I liked the excellent video quality that Demio provides for each meeting; this is fantastic sice several organizers can be connected to webinars, and all the participants will optimally see us, since it has a good quality but also it has excellent fluidity in streaming video. The third feature that I liked about Demio is that this platform allows me to receive attachments within the chat channel of each webinar; the participants will be able to send attachments, images or some document, although I can block this option in case they don't if you want the participants to share a file, the file sharing system works perfectly as well as the emoji sending system.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Demio's main negative point regarding the system is that I can't send automated reminders to participants who have registered for a meeting or a webinar; this platform allows me to set up a reminder and create it from scratch to give it a much better design, more optimal to the reminder email. However, there is no function to send automated reminders to customers who have confirmed their attendance in future webinars, we have to do the sending manually.

The second negative point of Demio is that this platform currently does not have any type of app for mobile phones capable of creating a webinar or entering one as a participant, you cannot join Webinars from your mobile phone. Currently, the only existing version (for PC) must be used. Demio must create an App as soon as possible; this would help our clients to have an easier time accessing our webinars from their cell phones.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demio is an optimal platform to achieve a perfect administration of all the webinars within a company; I recommend it for any company since it has low consumption in the W¡-Fi network, which allows you to enjoy excellent video quality and smooth video without directly affecting your bandwidth. Demio has achieved that in our company we can have a creation and administration of all kinds of webinars, we have managed each of the participants even better.

We have been able to manage the participants who want to give their opinion within the webinar; in addition, we have also really enjoyed the polls system, which helped us to make our webinars more interactive, with the participation of many people who gave their opinions in each poll. I loved my experience within Demio; I was delighted with the results; this platform helped me create a quality webinar in very few steps and with an easy administrative system.

It is a new platform that brings innovation to webinars, opening up a wide range of possibilities, thus expanding the use of different formats such as videos, images or documents to implement them within the seminar; with this, we have helped to make this type of event much more interactive. It is a completely new virtual world and a different space and completely innovative experiences for our audience and our clients, and this is undoubtedly one of its plus points. 

It has a wide and flexible interface, it integrates openly with other platforms that complement webinars, and the ease of configuration is highly customizable and completely adjusts everything we require. In the same way, the planning and programming of all our seminars are done in a simple way and are easily shared, allowing this entire process to be completely automated. 

It is important to note that the integration with HubSpot will allow them to track potential customers efficiently, thus covering each person to whom we want to reach our services. In the same way, the implementation of forms is representative of obtaining information, and the reproduction of this is simple and easy to execute.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Since we have been using Demio, we have noticed a constant effort on the part of the board to improve many features with constant updates, which is undoubtedly a positive point since they evaluate various scenarios to always offer the best through their different changes. Despite this, we still have difficulty getting a fast flow in the seminars since sometimes it tends to get slow, and this represents interference during our presentations which is not at all comfortable and somewhat cumbersome. We recognize that this may take a while to improve, and that is why my team continues to bet on the use of Demio to present all our webinars.

The use of a new platform for seminars, varying a little from the habit we have of very specific programs, and bringing a fresh and innovative image to our entire audience, has been Demio's great contribution to our team. It is an effective solution that offers a creative and dynamic experience, where all our effort and dedication can be rewarded by capturing our information from all our potential clients since this has been the ideal tool for all our work to reach the doors we need and thus cover the right audience. This has been one of the many benefits since it is also a fairly easy-to-use platform, with tools that are still of equal or better quality compared to others on the market, for which our team is highly grateful.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

The first important point is the ease with which we can implement the use of Demio, it is a completely innovative platform that brings webinars to our work system, and these have been the perfect complement to start implementing new marketing strategies and bring our voice to new customers. The system offered by Demio is automated, giving us the advantage of saving a lot of work effort. The promotion of seminars has given us the advantage of acting preventively in the preparation of the content according to the users present. The tools are intuitive, and having this point in favor gives us the advantage of being able to work in a much more fluid way. 

In addition to this, it provides important features for webinars, which is the delivery of brochures successfully. At the same time, carrying out surveys is one of the important points of Demio since it highlights its ease of implementation as well as being able to configure them anonymously or not and being able to fill them out easily.

In the same way, automation has helped us to schedule webinars and to process all the configurations in a much more efficient way; interaction with all our clients or partners in a virtual and totally live way, in addition to being in real-time, has been a success since we can interact on both sides in order to reach a much more optimal understanding.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Sometimes the exhibitors present some inconveniences during the presentations because they should not have a pointer yet, which is essential during these presentations to be able to present the information in a much clearer way. We believe it is essential for a live broadcast tool that the platform be lightweight, as this would allow a better connection for all those present. Demio still has this deficiency as it may sometimes not be compatible with some browsers, which limits the experience; sometimes, it has gotten stuck and does not respond right at the time of exposure.

The benefits that we have obtained thanks to the webinars have been impressive since the information has had no limits or barriers to really reaching the people we need. Now it is an open door to the world and to millions of possibilities to cover much more than we could do before. We reach potential customers and scale our company's marketing to the next level since we significantly achieve that our information reaches where we need it and with this our service is really useful. In addition to this, we improved the efficiency and productivity of our work thanks to automating the management of webinars; we also implemented a new business strategy and achieved better results than we had before.

Because it's a browser based application, the event is more suceptible to problems with internet connectivety between presenters and panelists.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

Demio is a software that I like for a variety of reasons, but mainly, I like the number of features that it provides for a great webinar experience. It has beautiful templates that help promote the webinars and collect information from all the participants; this way, it is easier to cater to each person individually and create a nice experience for them. 
Another tool that became my favorite is the fact that I can create different polls and have the choice to keep them anonymous or share them with everyone else; it is easy to raise engagement with this kind of tools that are easily available to us. There is also the option to let people ask questions that can be answered to during the live wbinar, which keeps everyone focused and engaged in the webinar. i like the fact that Demio is so easy to use, and it has many tools to make the webinars so interactive and successful.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

I really like using Demio so far, and I haven't found something that I dislike about it. It works really great, and its platform is very user-friendly and easy to adapt to the business. The only negative thing that I would say is about the pricing plans available, I feel like they are a bit on the expensive side compared to other solutions, but I think it is worth it as it provides so many tools and guides you through each of them, making the use of the software so much simpler.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Demio is helping solve is the amount of engagement that we get during our webinars. We have recently started using Demio, but we have already seen great results when it comes to the way that our participants engage; our webinars have become more interactive and overall more fun to be in. It has also facilitated our planning process. It is easy to plan a webinar from scratch with Demio's easy user interface and its unique tools, it makes all the work to be done easier and faster, and it provides a better experience for everyone involved.

I recently started using Demio for hosting webinars and events, and I have been blown away by how seamless and effective it is. As a marketing professional, I have found it to be the perfect solution for hosting lead-gen webinars that drive dialogue and participation among my attendees, panellists, and partners.

Not only is Demio incredibly user-friendly, but it also has many powerful features that make it easy to automate and streamline the entire webinar process. **What do you like best about Demio?**

The featured actions and ability to prepare the assets ahead of time is bar none. No other webinar platform I looked at has an elegant and non-invasive CTA popup like Demio has. We're able to use our own UTM'd links and see who clicks through and engages with certain content. We've driven registrations for future events as a result of the Featured Actions feature. The customer service is top notch too. I get fast and friendly responses.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

Nothing really. Sometimes the video quality can be a bit unstable but I'm not sure if it's because of the panelists' on wifi. For the most part, I try to prep my speakers ahead of time to ensure they have reliable, stable wi-fi and good cameras and mics to ensure the highest quality.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demio helps us deliver a cool audience experience with a clean interface and emojis. On the backend, I love being able to see engagement in real time and pre-load assets. This helps us better engage our audience members and get repeat attendees.

**What do you like best about Demio?**

The upsides of using Demio are that it's easy to host live sessions and pre-recorded sessions as needed for your business. Also, during any session, the platform lets users download additional materials, but also gives you data on the engagement on the download links from the audience. 
Without covering the main presentation, Demio has a separate handouts section as well which makes sure there is no distraction from the main presentation. 

The biggest advantage IMO is the in-browser app vs a downloaded app to join a session. It removes another hurdle for a prospect to take when signing up for a webinar.

**What do you dislike about Demio?**

One downside is that the emails are not very customizable. However, they are simple and ok as a first set of email series for invites and follow-ups. I wish the button could be customized to followup attendees and non-attendees with different links rather than just the recording.

**What problems is Demio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to provide a 1-to-many onboarding experience for new users, saving time for our sales and support teams. This will enable them to focus on servicing more nuanced questions from users.
