**What do you like best about Dematic iQ Optimize?**

The new software is much more appealing to the user. All the screens resemble Excel sheets making them much easier to navigate. All the options are in the same console. 

**What do you dislike about Dematic iQ Optimize?**

The learning curve can be a little difficult for some users. 

**What problems is Dematic iQ Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We upgraded from an older version of Dematic. This new version is more user friendly making issues easier to troubleshoot.

I like the automated picking and scratchpads

I wish it was easier to export the reports to the desktop instead of a shared folder.
