What do you like best about DemandWorks?

The customer service! Elliot and Sarah have been extremely responsive to all of my questions, and DemandWorks is one of the only vendors I can rely on to set up my campaigns correctly the first time. What do you like best about DemandWorks?

I wish I could get customer care and accessability like this with the rest of my vendors. Peter and Sarah (as well as the past teams I have worked with) could teach a course on customer management best practices. Alongside that, and no less important, is the flexibility to laser focus on unique audience segments over the years. I've engaged them with some pretty complex programs and they've always met me there with minimal misses. It's been 10+ years and they've never given me a reason look elsewhere.
