The best part about DemandWorks is the experience we have with our account director - he is always responsive and willing to help us try new campaigns and stay ahead of the game in what we want to accomplish. What do you dislike about DemandWorks? There is a dashboard where we can track leads and how often certain assets are downloaded, but they could probably do more with this. We're able to connect with exactly the right audience through DemandWorks, bring those leads in and then nurture them in our pipeline. DemandWorks makes sure we're connecting with people that will quickly move through our pipeline and their account team is very easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DemandWorks? I can't really say that I dislike anything about DemandWorks. I do wish there was a more formal process for ROI reporting. At the end of any period of service I like to know what we put into a program and what we got out. I've worked with them on cost-per-lead campaigns, so I definitely want an analysis about the leads we brought in. I also think regular quick reports on assets that aren't performing well or ways that you could improve your campaign or pivot would be good. I think the program has really high value your now, but those things would make it even better. We definitely have made a sizable investment here, but the value of the investment has been worth it. He's always very helpful. If you ask them for ROI reports, or to change out assets your using, or for feedback on the asset performance - they're always quick to give that to you.
