**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I really like how self serve the platform is, and how simple it is. Whether it's building campaigns, uploading creative, or building segments in their Data Studio, the customer support articles, and information bubbles along the way tell you everything you need to know. I often find that I don't even need them beacuse the platform is pretty intuitive. I use Terminus about monthly to launch new 1:1 campaigns, and it's been very easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

I wish that the creative upload requirements weren't so persnickety. There's a lot of specific requirements even for just file names that feel unnecessary and can trip me up in the process. I also feel like the reporting is not as intuitive as it could be.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult and pricey to target exact accounts on other B2B advertising platforms like Linkedin, or Meta ads. It's easy to set up advertising for a single account in Terminus by creating segments. It's super fast, and accurate.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

Our account reps have all been great, really personable, and knowledgable - as well as honest about potential setbacks (i.e. they don't have a super strong database for our particular industry) but came up with great ideas to get contacts and content out there and test and pivot to build a program that (hopefully) works. We are still in the early stages of launch, so it is too early to know if we will see success with our program, but the team feels committed to our success. 

Onboarding was very seamless and required very little effort from my team. 

We are starting with content syndication with plans to expand in 2025 to more offerings if our pilot program works well.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The sales process was a little pushy with many follow-ups, but that's my experience with nearly every sales org, especially in software. Coming from a revenue team myself, they navigated the contracting process well and handled objections and questions from my team honestly.

They don't have some of the key data and intent signals for our very targeted industry, so I would dig in before starting a program. That being said, they had enough (and, no vendor is specialized in our space yet) that we are moving forward with a pilot.

Finding and engaging with new contacts in a very small, targeted space that we can bring into our nurture engine.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

The email experience and email campaigns are without a doubt the best part of the Terminus platform. As a Marketer, I love the ability to take advantage of the email signatures to create custom and targeted points of contact. With Terminus, a client can see an email banner and click through to a supplemental piece of collateral or web page - all just from their email. This is especially helpful if we are running seasonal or quarterly campaigns. It also helps simplify our reps outreach process as Terminus automatically assigns the appropriate campaign to each email.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

What I dislike the most about the platform is its consistency and UX. Although the help desk is always available for support, it seems that some of the features just don't load correctly when I'm updating campaigns or uploading new sender groups/targeted lists.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terminus Email Banners help automate some of our marketing efforts for the field. It especially assists in enabling account-based marketing which is perfect as our company serves so many unique industries with varying CTAs, content, and value-adds. Terminus really helps us target our campaigns!

The ability to connect to Salesforce is a game changer for my team. Our support team is a huge part of our success too. Mallory and Riley are the dream team. Also, Terminus is constantly making updates, bettering thier software.

Even with all the updates, the platform is still dated. Not as user friendly as other digital platforms. But it's improving.

We used to utilize an agency for all programmatic style advertising. We have cut costs by using Terminus. Campaigns are performing better because we're able to make optimizations in real time.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

One of the best things about Terminus is its ease of use, and the training documentation. I was able to quickly learn how to set up display ads on various landing pages, as well as on external properties managed by Terminus.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

1. The reporting is lagging. You are usually able to see data a day or two, instead of in real time.
2. Ads take a while to launch. They are not instantaneous.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Terminus primarily to get intent data which could help our sales teams prioritize their outreach, while the marketing team could simultaneously tag-team and reach out to those accounts via Terminus programmatic display ads.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I have found that the Terminus ABM Platform is most valuable when used as a tool for marketing in specific niches. This has effectively offered us the opportunity to develop targeted campaigns to our key accounts and record high level of response. The platform synchronizes well with our CRM, so the sales and marketing departments do not have to go through the processes separately. Furthermore, its analysis and reporting capabilities give a complete picture of our optimization status, which is useful for refining the campaigns.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

I have one issue with Terminus ABM Platform, and that has to do with the steep learning curve of several of its functions. It may be difficult to grasp every tool used in the application and this may be confusing to new users. Moreover, integrating with other systems is not challenging and may only once or twice experience data syncing problems. Some of these challenges have occasionally limited our campaign deployment and analysis capabilities.

Terminus ABM Platform solves a major problem that is how to campaign high value accounts. This has mainly increased our interaction and sales resulting from better personalization. It provides appropriate measurement of our campaigns’ efficacy, which makes it possible to identify problematic areas and optimize the spending. It has also contributed to increased efficiency in the marketing division, thus improving effectiveness in creating a healthy working relationship with the sales department to ultimately great business results.

You can brief them on your ideal customer profle including countries, job titles, employee numbers, industries and they will promote your content to the relevant titles and share the details of those that downloaded. Very friendly customer support & sales team who communicate well. Great for guaranteed lead numbers.

Sometimes they can't meet the lead numbers agreed and we have to tweak the criteria slightly.

I like demandScience becaue it gives quality leads in the estimated timeframe fromt he target group of audince that we select. It gives us the freedom to choose- Taregting, frequency of leads per account, geography, seniority everything.

There is nothing as such whcih i have not liked so far with my leadgen campaigns. DemandScience is flexible as a medium and it delivers as per the campaign objectives.

There should be some more types of leadgen campaigns with more features like nurturing the little a little more and helping the helps to get more mature for the sales team.

DemandScience solves the biggest problem in the B2B industry and that is - Leadgen from the target buyer community. It gives us the best intel on how many leads we can get from our target group.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

My company uses Terminus to target our core customers and prospects alike by monitoring their engagement activity across our core web pages, looking into their intent signals and then targeting them with specific display ads. The platform is very easy to use and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

As my company operates across all regions we need a platform that can help target thos companies and countries outside North America. Whilst Terminus are very good in the US, they are slightly behind in the International Targeting. This may be due to data privacy laws etc. but as an end user it can be quite frustrating.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terminus is helping us 'Market Marketing' previously the higher ups would question things such as "What results are our digital campaigns yielding?" or general questions about ad performance etc. Terminus allows us to have a high level view of account touch points and their journey through our sales cycle. The digital ads also help to reinforce our message to those who we feel (based on filters) need to see them.

I really like the ability to obtain account-based metrics such as engagement and impressions, and how easy it is to create targeted lists for ABM.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

It feels a little clunky, I don't like how if you apply a filter to edit a list it takes you back to the accounts homepage with every edit and you have to reapply the filter. I would love more dashboard options.

Account insights and being able to see activity by company. It really helps in terms of creating 1:1 campaigns.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

The DemandScience team is commited to helping your team customize and find you the right leads and promote the content you care about. They are flexible and communicative. If a campaign isn't right, they will try to make it right. Customer Support is always there.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

We've used DemandScience a few times and while the leads are really high quality, the response rates in follow up and nurturing were below expectations. We believe a more captivating campaign and a presumed established company in the industry would be accelerate pipeline with these leads.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped establish awareness in a vertical that we hadn't previously marketed to. They provided us a detailed lead list after the conclusion of our promotion campaign that featured high quality leads and they are flexible enough to sub out ones that we weren't excited about. While these leads aren't exactly MQL ready, they were ready for nurturing.

I have found the investment facility in private equity and real estate offered through the ABT Platform quite useful in the portfolio diversification. It has a convenient search bar for examining the available investment options.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The platform appears to be void of a good secondary market in these alternative investments. This limited liquidity is a big issue, even more, so for assets that are held for a long time.

ABT Platform has made alternative investments more accessible to everyone as they used to be an exclusive domain of the uber-rich and financial institutions. This will enable me to expand my investments from the normal type like stocks and bonds only.

The Software is great to use. I ran it for a while and then transitioned the operations of it to someone else on our team. Terminus did a great job helping us make that change and training the new person.

I don't dislike anything about the platform. It currently offers more than we use, but it's a great service.

Since I started using Terminus ABM, my signature is always up-to-date and I no longer need to perform all the manual task  that would have been required by my company.
Additionally, all my clients have the key information provided by the company right at their fingertips

Only a few times the signature was not up-to-date and it was necessary to re-login again

Not your standard content syndication campaign!  We went in with a very specific need and DemandScience built a custom campaign that fit our exact needs - other content syndication companies had said they wouldn't be able to fulfill those needs.

Went in with a very specific need to multithread existing accounts that would push into MQA.  DemandScience was able to not only build a campaign using our TALs, but was also extremely helpful in leveling up the campaign ideas and strategy, which drove tremendous success at a very small spend.
