"Effortless Compliance and Stellar Support"

What do you like best about Delve?

I really appreciate how easy it is to work with Delve. Their team is quick to respond, clear in communication, and always on top of timelines. Nothing drags, nothing gets lost, and I never feel left wondering what's next. The guidance through processes like SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA, SIG questionnaires, and Pentests is thorough, addressing questions before they become problems. Their responsiveness and speed are standout features, especially critical for a startup that needs to move extremely fast. Delve was able to handle additional compliance requirements within a week when clients were pressuring us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless SOC2 Compliance Management"

What do you like best about Delve?

I use Delve for issuing SOC 2 compliance, and it really helps in centralizing all the requirements with a dashboard. I love the automations for monitoring and fixing issues, and the templates for policies and team SOC 2 management are really practical. The self-serve feature combined with high availability on Slack makes it a great end-to-end experience. Also, the initial setup was very easy, taking just 3 days to get most of it ready and bring us to about 70-80% prepared for SOC 2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

I think there's definitely room to scan codebase and AWS infrastructure to automatically enhance the knowledge base gathered. And then serve that data in security questionnaires, etc. Can also add tools like SBOM management for enhanced security features. For simple security questionnaires, Delve is helpful but it only has a certain limit of context. Since Delve has all these integrations already connected, as well as lots of knowledge about team members, I'm suggesting that they can also process that data to build a knowledge base that can be queried for every security need. "Delve Makes SOC 2 Compliance Simple with Automated Evidence and Clear Control Mapping"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Delve?

What I like best about Delve is how much it simplifies SOC 2 without overcomplicating the process. The automated evidence collection, clear control mapping, and intuitive interface make it easy to stay audit-ready and understand exactly what’s required, which saves a lot of time and removes unnecessary stress from compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

There’s not much to dislike, but some workflows could be more flexible. A bit more customization around controls, evidence ownership, and approval flows would make it even better for teams with more complex or non-standard processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Compliance with Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about Delve?

I definitely enjoy how easy Delve is to use and how it's information dense but also very easy to digest. All the compliance requirements are there, and it's very well-structured, ensuring that you meet all the specifications for your tech integrations and company policies. This makes it very easy to implement things. Delve expedites a lot of the compliance processes and is clear in laying out all the tech company and policy compliances needed. It does a great job of integrating with our tech, ensuring our SOC 2 framework is compliant. Its interface is easier to understand for all the tests and checks we need to pass, and it gives us very good reports. Delve is a good one-stop shop, very easy to use and informative, with great support too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

Sometimes the test explanations aren't very good in how to implement certain checks or policies, like, even on the tech side of things are sometimes outdated. And sometimes you have to do, like, manual upload, and sometimes the test just fail for some reason. You just have to redo it, but then it starts working. Just for some reason, the reminders on the weekly reports aren't working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Compliance Tasks with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Delve?

I use Delve for compliance and I feel so relieved when I use it because it works. Delve makes it so easy for me to add new integrations and make them compliant while I'm working. My favorite part is seeing the percentage completeness when I'm uploading docs and screenshots; it's nice and gives me a lot of perspective on when something will be done, providing more visibility. The initial setup of Delve was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

Sometimes the screenshot uploading and AI validating is annoying. I have the right info but it still fails sometimes. The AI says it's missing info, but it actually isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal Compliance Tool for Small Teams, Room for Growth"
4/5
What do you like best about Delve?

Honestly, I like Delve because of its pricing and speed. As a very small team, we don’t have a ton of bandwidth to handle everything ourselves, so Delve being lightweight and effectively priced is a big help in becoming compliant. I also value the integrations with my tech stack, and the controls and monitors are necessary to our compliance efforts. Delve provides all the templates through the standard policies, which seems key for us. It’s more of an as-needed tool to keep us aware of our compliance status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

There are a couple of missing features, like being able to provide links to specific policies or sections in the trust report. It'd be nice if it was a little better organized for providing or hosting custom resources. There's also a lack of integration with Common Paper, which would be helpful for synchronizing DPAs and standard policies between the contract platform and the compliance platform. "Effortless Compliance with Exceptional Support"

What do you like best about Delve?

I appreciate the super responsive team who replies almost instantly in Slack. The clean app UI makes using the platform enjoyable, and their AI copilot is useful for quick questions. I love that it requires minimal effort on my side to get compliant with all necessary policies, which is key as I'm busy and want to avoid overhead. Their recent improvements to the AI make it easier to find things, as I can just ask the copilot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

No real complaints - my biggest complaint was that their AI was really bad, but it's improved a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Compliance with Ease, A Must for Startups"

What do you like best about Delve?

I like that Delve respects my engineering team's time. I appreciate not having to pull developers off the product roadmap since Delve's integrations run in the background and automatically collect evidence. The 'percentage complete' bar increases without disruptions, allowing us to keep coding. I also see it as a solid investment because we needed the certification to close a deal, and Delve helped us achieve it within weeks instead of months. It's a practical tool that does precisely what it claims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

The "Niche Tool" Gap "Their AI agents are great for the big stuff (AWS, GitHub, Google Workspace), but they don't natively integrate with some of our smaller, weirder tools (like a specific HR platform or a niche logging tool). For those, we still have to manually upload PDFs or screenshots. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it breaks the 'fully automated' magic spell a little bit." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Solution for Fast SOC2 Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Delve?

I love that Delve makes security compliance easy and fast with AI. The software is pretty intuitive and doesn't require back-and-forth communication. I appreciate that everything is in place for automatic checks on the backend and creating policies. As a startup, we have a busy roadmap, so we don't have the bandwidth for manual testing to check software issues, and Delve's agentic approach handles it for us. It also speeds up the process of creating required policies, which otherwise could take months. The initial setup of Delve is very intuitive and I would rate it 10/10. What do you like best about Delve?

I like that Delve makes SOC 2 compliance super easy for my company. I find it very easy to navigate, which is a big plus. The AI assistant is helpful and it's easy to find all the integrations we use. The step-by-step guideline on how to be compliant is another feature I really appreciate. I also think their customer support stands out. Lastly, the initial setup of Delve was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve?

I wish there were more native integrations available. For some services like Clerk, we had to set them up manually. It would be nice if the AI could do more writing tasks for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
