The automated testing for some vendors, allowing us to auto-approve when configured correctly, is a big plus. The team is extremely responsive and got us a quick turnaround on compliance. I valued the automated vendor connections for vendors like Supabase and Vercel, which immediately show us what we need to add to our configurations to become compliant. They're still early in their product development, so there are some pain points. Sometimes it was a bit buggy, but it wasn't really an issue because they were so fast to resolve stuff. Getting all the required documents from subprocessors was the most time-consuming part. Going forward, more partnerships to facilitate this would be amazing, but that's not really on Delve's side. I really liked how smooth the process was with Delve, and the clean interface made it easy to keep track of progress and what needed to be done. It was impressively fast to get through, taking less than one month. All team members could see what tasks they had left, and it was helpful for tracking what's needed on the tech or legal side.
