THE BEST Compliance guide/tool on the market. Compliance often feels overwhelming and extremely intimidating, but Delve makes the process much more manageable. With Delve, you can go from 0% to 100% compliance quickly and easily. The most impressive aspect is that you don’t need to be an expert—the platform guides you step by step through the entire process. We’re using it for SOC2, and their in-platform AI tool, along with the overall guidance, provides clear instructions on exactly what needs to be done to pass or remediate tests. What do you dislike about Delve? Nothing, it is by far the easiest tool I have used and any issues or bugs I have run into have been resolved by their team without delay. In the past, we tried to achieve SOC2 compliance with a different vendor, but found the process challenging—completing the required tasks and passing certain compliance tests demanded significant research and effort. Delve completely changed that experience for us, making the process much smoother and taking us from 0% to 99% completion within just a few weeks. We're now collaborating with our engineers to wrap up the final tests. What had taken us over a year to attempt with another vendor, we managed to accomplish with Delve in only a few weeks, despite having a larger organization and numerous vendors and processes to document. Personally, I went from feeling anxious about the entire process to feeling confident and fully engaged, almost like an expert. I like that Delve pre-fills all of the forms for us and has a lot of integrations into our tech stack, which means we don't have to build out a lot of boilerplate documentation. The integrations help us because we don't need to do a lot of manual testing of our infrastructure, thanks to the prebuilt automated tests that check things like whether we have multi-factor authentication set up. Certain views of the tasks in Delve didn't have the full instructions visible, and it took me a while to figure out how to navigate back to them. The tool was a bit too click-through; clicking on certain buttons changed to different views, and made it tricky to know where I was. A simpler UX would be super useful as navigating through tasks made it hard to keep track of things, feeling more overwhelming than helpful. During setup, some roles and tasks weren't self-explanatory, like tasks for founders were not well explained, which was not smooth. I was told to ignore some tasks on the demo call but had to go back and do them later, which was a bit confusing. "Tech" that did not have integrations was much more cumbersome and required coordinating with the Delve team to collect evidence. I appreciate Delve's incredibly easy-to-use and clean-looking UI, which makes it simple as a first-time user to find what I'm looking for and clearly indicates the tasks that need to be done. I'm also impressed by how easily it syncs with all our logs in Sentry, AWS services, Stripe, Google Workplace, and other tools, making it straightforward to integrate with the software we use for our startup. The ease of use doesn't stop there, as Delve helps ensure our computers are secure and assists us in planning out the technical requirements for secure systems and processes. Additionally, the home screen looks incredible, making navigation even more enjoyable. The initial setup of Delve was super easy with no hiccups, and I find Delve much more affordable and accessible than other compliance services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Delve? I guess one thing that did happen was that I finished one training quiz and it didn't save properly when I clicked the next one and had to redo it. EZ Edwin Z. 2/2/2026 "Fast and Responsive SOC 2 Compliance Tool" 4/5 What do you like best about Delve? I like that Delve offers a quick and easy process for achieving SOC 2 compliance. It only took about 3 weeks to get the type 1 compliance, and after the mandatory 3 month observation period, it took just two more weeks for the type 2 audit. The responsiveness of the team through Slack was impressive as they answered all of my questions promptly, guiding me throughout the process without confusion. The entire end-to-end process, which took about 4 months, was great. Additionally, the initial setup of Delve was extremely easy, as easy as making an email account. Editing a Google Doc for the draft audit was quite clunky at first, and I think document editing needs some improvement, but overall an easy enough experience.
