All the compliance requirements are there, and it's very well-structured, ensuring that you meet all the specifications for your tech integrations and company policies. This makes it very easy to implement things. Delve expedites a lot of the compliance processes and is clear in laying out all the tech company and policy compliances needed. It does a great job of integrating with our tech, ensuring our SOC 2 framework is compliant. Its interface is easier to understand for all the tests and checks we need to pass, and it gives us very good reports. Delve is a good one-stop shop, very easy to use and informative, with great support too. **What do you dislike about Delve?** Sometimes the test explanations aren't very good in how to implement certain checks or policies, like, even on the tech side of things are sometimes outdated. And sometimes you have to do, like, manual upload, and sometimes the test just fail for some reason. You just have to redo it, but then it starts working. Just for some reason, the reminders on the weekly reports aren't working. **What problems is Delve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delve expedites our compliance processes, making it easy to understand and integrate with tech, ensuring compliance with SOC 2. It's a clear, informative, one-stop shop for compliance with great reports and support. ### 3. The initial setup of Delve was super easy. **What do you dislike about Delve?** Sometimes the screenshot uploading and AI validating is annoying. I have the right info but it still fails sometimes.
