What do you like best about Delve AI?

What problems is Delve AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Affordable Persona Development"

What do you like best about Delve AI?

It has been a very affordable way for us to develop our Personas. As a relatively new company, our data on who our target customers are and information about our website visitors' demographics were limited. Delve AI has given us an inside look into our visitors in a way that is visually appealing and easily understandable. It also helped us in developing a sales deck to share with our sales team in helping them to better understand how potential customers are interacting with us on our website and the information they are searching for. It also has been helpful in understanding which companies are interested in which services we offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve AI?

The initial integration process was not the most simple one I have encountered and needed to contact an outside vendor for support. It would have been great to do this all on my own with a more direct integration process. Since they are relatively new and growing some of the processes have changed over time and we had to redo how one portion integrated. It did take some convincing to get approval to purchase this tool since they are a relatively new company but we have been pleased with the service provided so far. Recommendations to others considering Delve AI:

I would consider your overall budget. Persona Delve AI is an affordable tool for developing customer Personas but is not as in-depth as if you were to do a full marketing research persona study. However, if you have a very niche base the cost of doing a full marketing research study is high both in the time it takes to find enough target people to complete the survey and the cost to develop the study with a marketing research firm. Delve AI Persona uses AI in a way that helps use your existing data and display it in a way that provides you with real insights and an understanding of your target demographic. What problems is Delve AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the business problem of developing our customer personas. We have a deeper understanding of our website visitors based on their typical actions and similarities across demographics. We also use the website leads a way to follow-up with companies that may be interested in our services based on the actions they took on our website and can already have an idea of what service they may be interested in. Since we offer a wide variety of services this insight is super helpful to us when dealing with these relatively "cold" leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
