I really like how Delve AI takes complex data and turns it into something simple and actionable. The customer personas feel very realistic and help us understand our audience better than just looking at spreadsheets. The competitor insights are also very handy, it’s like having a clear picture of where we stand in the market at any given time. What do you dislike about Delve AI? There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to point out something, I would say the amount of insights can feel overwhelming at first. Before, we were piecing together information from different tools and still didn’t get the full picture. Now, we get clear customer personas, buying behaviors, and competitor insights all in one place. This saves us a huge amount of time, but more importantly, it gives us confidence in making marketing and product decisions. I've found Delve.ai an invaluable part of my tech stack for business strategy and growth. I speak to and train business owners all over the world, and I often refer to Delve.ai as a tool all business owners should be using in a digital-first world. For my organization and my clients and community members, it helps us understand our historical data and turns that data into visual pictures we can then act on. Another exciting feature is, since we are a B2B business, it let's know who the leads are that are visiting our site and classifies those leads as potential business clients, partners/competitors, government and educational organizations and more. The many persona gave us immediate insights into the variety of target groups we have visiting our website. Where we always figured we had one or two target groups, we now know we have more. Maybe only the extreme amount of information that can be retrieved from Delve.ai and finding out how all this can benefit our charity goals. It shows that the majority of the people visiting, were not necessarily the key audience we hoped for. Knowing this, we will reconsider our content strategy: we will optimize our end-user content, and we will re-write our content to the largest audience in order to intensify their relationship to our charity. Because if they're not the end-user (people with a disability seeking a sport), they may be related to someone with a disability, they might consider donating or the might be interested in starting sports activities for disabled people. Delve.ai has been great to validate our target market assumptions. We used Delve on two sub 1000 visitors per month sites. What do you dislike about Delve AI? I originally disliked the time it took to create the personas (30 minutes or so). That said, much like Buckey's, it takes time but it works! For example 1. when you look at their jobs, their grades, and their income range 2. when you look at their areas or times 3. when you look at their search keywords 4. but the most incomprehensible information is their category names in their page analysis. but nevertheless, we can't expect anything, because it's just an AI and needs time to develop itself.
