Billing customizations required for state clients are expensive and take a long time to produce. Billing terms needs a hub list view. No community area dedicated to sharing dashparts, dashboards, invoice formats, and hubs. There is a forum, but users need to search through or read through every post in the hopes of finding something shared. It's ideal to have a community area exclusively for uploading/downloading that is easily searchable with screenshots and use case scenarios. Additionally, we'd like to see "Community Dashparts" in the Library - where we can get an idea of what other companies are using and apply them to our own environment.
