The UI of the product is great and really intuitive. I like the customization features and that I can track my projects in a streamlined manner. I appreciate that the program is fairly easy to implement for new users that we integrate on our teams as well. I would LOVE to be able to clean up the plan and resource views much easier. I dislike how reports expire if you leave them on for a while.
