Initially, Jitu listened to every detail we wanted to include and helped us populate a spreadsheet where we could highlight problems we were encountering. His weekly meetings with us ensured all of our issues had been addressed and had been corrected. Since the rollout of the system, we have encountered a couple of problems, and Raunak Raj has responded promptly with solutions to our queries. For the next user you need to revisit the search page. This gives us great clarity when billing customers, tracking payroll costs, and tracking project budgets. The mobile application is great for team members and so much easier than past time sheets and paper timecards. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** Most recently, Replicon gave notice that they changed their quarterly billings to annual, giving only a 2-week notice to renew. This shook us up a bit; having to adjust budgets fast to meet the advanced fee for the next renewal period was very irritating. This was well worth the price for the service. You can copy the project codes from the last timesheet period to save time by avoiding the need to re-enter this information. And if there is a different project code that needs to be reported in the current period, it is easy to search for the project code name directly in the field where the project code gets entered. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** While the system has many capabilities, its design is clunky. There are too many mouse clicks to get things done. For example, we often run reports on timesheet use for the semi-monthly period ending on the last day of the prior month. Each month, we have to update the report definition to select the correct date range. It takes seven or eight mouse clicks to configure this date range - too many. Also, I don't know if it is a hosting issue but Replicon is quite slow in terms of its responsiveness. The reports we can extract provide all information our clients need with their invoices, along with the additional feature of choosing to include expense receipts for those clients who require that level of detail. The help feature on Replicon is extremely efficient too! **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** Extra lines that show on our reports look a little messy. The time it takes to set up a new consultant on Replicon could maybe made a little easier i.e. I have to go into several different screens. **Recommendations to others considering Deltek Replicon Time:** Replicon was able to accommodate our very specific requirements with relative ease. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can select client, project and consultant data at the touch of a button. I would say it is simpler than the competitor's platforms, which is better because I just want to register my hours without having issues with the loadings. I really like I don't have to worry about saving what I type, it is automatic in Replicon. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** I think there's nothing else that needs to be added. It could be one of those platforms that allow the users to customize their profile/dashboard, etc, but it's just an extra. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves everything related to time and project management because I can realize the accounts I am allocating more time into and ser if others need more attention or I need to change how I'm organizing my activities.
