I cannot understand the support agents when we are on zoom calls. There have been several times they have not been able to help me with my issue and it takes days for a fix to be completed. The program is not easy to use without help from support. It is difficult to change employee time off once it has been issued, especially if you have a new employee get hired after the beginning of the new year. Each template can only pull data from certain fields, and getting the right combination can be difficult. Replicon unwilling to support some integrations (intially claiming they would, but later refusing), cost of system is too high, and Replicon unwilling to support a downgrade of our version to save cost. **Recommendations to others considering Deltek Replicon Time:** Determine what reports you want first and ensure that the data will be accessible in a single report. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not currently benefitting us due to problems that occurred, such as rounding issues in the reports, and failed integrations that because unsupported by Replicon. **Official Response from Sujana Rai:** > Thank you for taking time for the detailed feedback about our solution. The time it takes to assign this information is longer than it takes to execute the tasks themselves. Web-based interface - no local app/client required. Also, setup that the company used required 3-4 weeks advanced time tracking at year end (though this could be fault of corporate IT). **Recommendations to others considering Deltek Replicon Time:** Will meet your basic needs, but not much more than that. There are likely better products out there. On line approval proved to be valuable since manual signatures are no longer required thus speeding up a normally time consuming process. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** This software meets our needs but would have preferred if the expense model could have been incorporated in the product.
