What do you like best about Deltek Replicon Time?

We love using replicon because it's very user-friendly and gives us the information right away. We use the timesheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?

I wish we could add new tasks to the timesheet template and have it update on the users apps right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek Replicon Time?

Adaptability and flexibility to our business. Replicon gives me the flexibility to create the necessary reports and data structures needed to capture information I need for billing, etc. even if it doesn't necessarily fit the exact Replicon out-of-the-box model. Easy tracking of time off is also a great feature. I've been a Replicon user/customer for 23 years & can say that it is a solid tool and worth the investment. What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?

The reporting could be better. It can be frustrating at times trying to get the information you need out of the system because of the limitations. As a long-time customer this is something that has gotten a bit worse over time, but it's not insurmountable, you just need to spend the time to understand what it can and can't do. We've integrated it programmatically to augment the reporting capablity for our use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek Replicon Time?

The comment feature is one of the better items as it provides team members the ability to clarify their tasks and logging them into the platform for future memory. This provides a good breakdown later on what tasks were completed, and saves time on asking folks what they did. Integration and implementation were easy to include and makes for a seamless transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?

Used to regularly log you out every 10 minutes, which was really frustrating but that has since been changed which is beneficial as I regularly go back to use the platform to update my hours for the date so being logging in constantly is important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has many options to apply my policies as they fit. Once the policies set, I do not have to interfere. It calculates the balances and accruals automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not very user-friendly. It has a lot of options. I have received several emails/quests to explan how to use some specifications even after the orientation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Replicon support team has been the best part of Replicon PSA. The system has been relatively easy to use and meets DCAA compliance which is important to my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do the payroll for my company while the boss approves the timesheets themselves. I wish there was an option to send me a notification email that the timesheets have been approved. An automated message would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
