What do you like best about Deltek Replicon Time?

We only use Replicon for vacation/sick/personal/business leave. We do not use the software for anything to do with payroll. That being said, the software is pretty user friendly and gives us all the functionality we need. Our employees rarely ever need help booking time off after they're trained (which takes 2 minutes max). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?

On the admin side, it can be a little confusing navigating reports... but I always end up finding the report I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek Replicon Time?

It's been very reliable for 15+ years and customer service has been responsive. There is more project breakdowns with tasks and and activiteis compared to others. Easy to use the time entry for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?

The menus are very glitchy with windows and drop downs jumping up and down (feels like a beta release). The reports are difficult to customize and never seam to do what we need. The time entry page layout should be more customizable (it was in the past), but now the heiarchy of information is not ideal. For example, the combining of Task and Client in one box is bad for us and client so small of a font size. We work with many clients at the same time with identical tasks which makes finding the correct project in the list challenging.

We haven't seen anything better for the price than Replicon otherwise we would change immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek Replicon Time?

Easy to add and update projects using RIA import tool, control over project resources, option to require users to report time at the task level, simple and user-friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?

Reporting templates are a little more complicated than they should be. Each template can only pull data from certain fields, and getting the right combination can be difficult. Replicon unwilling to support some integrations (intially claiming they would, but later refusing), cost of system is too high, and Replicon unwilling to support a downgrade of our version to save cost. - It is userfriendly.

- Easy to navigate to time sheet and holiday tab.

- Managing the expense reimbusement process is very effective.

- Recording the punch in & out time is easy.

- Easy to records employee's holiday balance , holiday carryover & managing sickleavs etc..

- It is very helpfull to get the reports from Replicon.
