The top notch features of Replicon which is Time Tracking and Project billing are the best features which gives flexibility and ease of use i really liked about the software Replicon. The user interface of the software is very much intuitive, which makes life easy for the employees and managers to work on it and manage so many functionalities like logging hours, manage timesheets, and monitor resource utilization without any functional training. The best part about the software is that it can be configure with any other software and can be also used to billing clients, or managing internal project costs, replicon adapts to your business needs. The available reports and analytics dashboard are very helpful in terms of monitoring and getting real-time insights to work fast on any projects with productivity. Well, I find two difficulties while using Replicon, first is that the complexity involved in the setting up the software and customizing the software within the organization while initializing the software for the first time, but this can also be overcome as the software is highly configurable and its flexibility provides good learning curve for administrators that is why some users find it overwhelming to tailer workflows, permissions or reporting without any external effort. Secondly, the software sometimes lag due to preparing large reports which requires times to prepare and the integrations with third-party apps like payroll and ERP may also be tricky and require technical assistance. Yes the software helps in lot of ways when it comes to Project Management and time tracking. But specifically for me it helps in resolving key challenge regarding time tracking, project costing, and resource management. Before this software we have to maintain all these items in the Excel which was very much time consuming and now it is better and fast. Earlies while using the spreadsheets, most of the time we face errors in compliances, payroll and billing errors and decision was not concluded due to variable data and after centralizing the Replicon we can have accurate data like employee hours, and links them with specific projects, and which will supports automated approvals and reporting. In my use of Replicon, the biggest pain is to find the job number to the job I just worked. Project managers sometimes don't input any job name and charge number. Internal problem - I know - but still a problem that "I" can't just fix and be done with it. Also, since I use job NUMBERS rather than job NAMES, it would be nice if the time sheet panel could organize by job number instead of name at the top. So we would have a job number column and then the job name column on the time sheet charge area. Sample: Job number column "456", job name column "Project X" then maybe an optional or in OUR case a "sub" column that might be used to note like "First floor" or "Area 42", etc. OR, are these items already available in a "set-up" function in your program that I don't know about yet? Tech support quite rigid, I am a domain administrator for my tenant, and yet I could not set this up, as needed to contact them about SSO options, so had our local admin add me, but all easy from there.
