There are always glitches and I feel like I am constantly having to contact support. I cannot understand the support agents when we are on zoom calls. There have been several times they have not been able to help me with my issue and it takes days for a fix to be completed. The program is not easy to use without help from support. It is difficult to change employee time off once it has been issued, especially if you have a new employee get hired after the beginning of the new year. Easy to add and update projects using RIA import tool, control over project resources, option to require users to report time at the task level, simple and user-friendly interface. Each template can only pull data from certain fields, and getting the right combination can be difficult. Replicon unwilling to support some integrations (intially claiming they would, but later refusing), cost of system is too high, and Replicon unwilling to support a downgrade of our version to save cost. Adding team members, linking them to tasks, adding allocations are all individual manual tasks. The time it takes to assign this information is longer than it takes to execute the tasks themselves. User interface is reasonably attractive and seemingly straightforward. Web-based interface - no local app/client required. Relatively easy to use, but needs improvement.
