For me, this was especially beneficial in supporting HR and operational coordination in an international environment. Deltek Maconomy is well-organized and everything that needs to be included is included. In theory, it's a great tool and a great way to centralize time keeping, budgeting, expenses, and project planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Deltek Maconomy? Deltek Maconomy is the slowest app I have ever used. I once had to make a bot that used it, and I had to add a "Wait" activity for 45 seconds because the app usually did not launch before that period of time. It’s not super intuitive to find every single part that you need for expenses or time sheets -- some crucial aspects are hidden on the side bars, making it near impossible to figure out on your own.
