I like how Deltek Costpoint is transparent and user-friendly, whether through the web-based or Windows app interface. It's great to be able to switch between them. The application takes a lot of the guessing out of the equation, which makes navigating program management responsibilities easier for me as a financial analyst. Using Deltek Costpoint has made my job easier, and I find myself learning something new every time I use it. I especially love the ability to create different project levels within a level 1 program, such as level 2 for the CLIN and level 3 for the WBS. Sometimes in the inventory part of Costpoint (“manage inventory projects”), when I am creating new inventory abbreviation and when I click save, the page goes away. I would like to see this improved so that when I save what I am doing, that I am able to still make edits and continue on the same screen as I was using before hitting save Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy using Deltek/Costpoint because it makes time and expense reporting incredibly efficient and straightforward. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and helps me stay organized without the hassle. While I really appreciate how helpful and efficient Deltek/Costpoint is—especially for time and expense reporting—I’ve also experienced a few hiccups. Occasionally, the system seems to have a "mind of its own" and has gone down at critical moments. Thankfully, those issues are usually resolved quickly, and the support team is responsive. I like that it's pretty easy to enter new vendor information into Deltek Costpoint. I appreciate being able to enter new information all on one screen for the most part. There is no history to look back to whenever new information needs to be entered, there is no history to show what had been previously entered. If I need to look back to an old email address if the current one is not working or if I need to reconcile something and it has an old email or physical address I can't look that up in Deltek Costpoint. I like the ease of use that Deltek Costpoint offers. It's particularly helpful for contract management and compiling all of our data efficiently. I like the consistent user interface of Deltek Costpoint, which I find easy to navigate after more than 15 years of daily use. - DCAA compliant POOL Rate computation and Planning Module with Project, New Business Budget and Org Budget is most useful module for finance team.

- Forward rate computation in Org Budget from planning module.

- Direct update of GL posting to project tables, this will eliminate the waiting time.
