I do with the Service Management package was a little stronger as a stand alone as most updates seem to be focused in the Field Ease package not the Service Managemet package. We do not have Field Ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase?

I really enjoy the Q tool feature when I want to break down what guys worked during a certain pay period. I like that it provides a wide range of information all in one area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deltek ComputerEase?

The fact that everything important is locked down and can't easily be changed.

When CE was doing our weekly payroll, we had less access to our own information, and had to contact CE with any minor problems. The resoultion time was never great for having a dead line for payroll.

The lack of a direct phone line to CE is the other biggest issue that I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deltek ComputerEase?

I like the Q Tools feature. Some of the stock CompterEase reports are limited and Q Tools allows customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the reports are hard to read. As a user I understand them but when i sent them to Clients or Subcontractors they have a hard time following them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Deltek ComputerEase is cloud based. You can work from any where, and if having any issues, you can reach out to support and chat with a live person. Some aspects are not easily correctable or there are no current choices for certain tasks that don't come up all of the time, but do occasionally. When there are issues, your team looks for solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
