As time has gone on Deltek Cobra has improved in leaps and bounds. I first started using Cobra when was v4.7 and now it is up to v8.5. The functionality of the system is excellent and allows you to monitor project performance easily. It also enables the ability to look at forward looking indicators such as tcpi's and has the functionality to do what if's etc by utliing it's cost classes and cost sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Deltek Cobra? My only complain regarding Cobra would still be the graphical outputs. The templates for reporting are basic but you can redesign the templates to your design, but I still believe that the graph reports look "old".
