Our conversion almost 9 years ago was lacking in information and training prior to going live. This was primarily due to our conversion specialist. Since then we have found ways to gather the necessary information and taken classes or self training to find ways to process and gather information. However, some of the critical processes were not explained and now we’re not utilizing certain steps to make the overall processes most effective.

I use Ajera on a daily basis as the financial controller for our company. Within the last year we started using Ajera for all of our accounting needs. Prior we had two accounting systems. For accounts payable, it is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. It is easy to make changes to the AP invoices entered, and there is a lot of room to type notes.
