# Why do you think it is ok to charge these exorbitant fees for annual tech support we never use just to get simple payroll updates that I could go online and install myself? It is not worth $1,600! You charge way too much to just get annual payroll tax updates which is a simple process. We don't need but just for 1 state. There should be an option for us to install ourselves.
