What do you like best about Delpha?

Delpha.io is an exceptional data quality management solution. It's platform's AI-powered features provide accurate and easy-to-implement recommendations for improving data quality.

What do you like best about Delpha?

We started to use it a few months ago to merge our accounts on SFDC - it really works well !

- You can fully taylor the merging/scoring system to your business needs.

- I had some training sessions and Q&A with a very reactive CTO, always willing to help and give best practices.

- The technical documentation is well written and clear

- Once it is setup, it works in the background and cleans every day our SFDC instance - for the remaining manual merges, the Chatbot is intuitive and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Delpha?

Adoption of Delpha was easy and fast, and enabled our users to create new value right out of the box. Most tools require some form of change management to either train or get used to a new interface/platform, but Delpha lives right inside Salesforce so it gives a familiar experience that’s easy for everyone to start using. What do you dislike about Delpha?

nothing really. We also use Hubspot and we would have liked to use Delpha for Hubspot as a secondary system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Delpha solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delpha is resolving our current data problems by enriching, cleansing and deduping our data. Delpha is also helping our BDR team collect and get data on new prospects into Salesforce more efficiently. BDRs can now use Linkedin searches and pull those ICPs into Salesforce, get enriched and even generate emails giving them access to initiate the first point of contact with new leads faster. Flexibility to define the rule and adapt them to our context

-Set-up can take more time than expected if you have a complete rule to put in place.

-We had a fragmented SalesOps after converging to Salesforce as a lot of the data was incongruent, incorrect, duplicated and/or outdated. Delpha helped us assess our database, tag the problems and assist in resolving the issues.

-The benefits of using Delpha include the following:

99% of data cleansed and enriched

What problems is Delpha solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Our CRM was full of duplicates, invalid data, missing websites/emails. Delpha was able to help clean our data, identify invalid emails, and detect duplicate Contacts and Accounts. We were also able to automate our data cleaning with Delpha so we could save lots of time in productivity.

-Delpha’s Gmail connector helped us collect new information and insights from our colleagues’ emails with prospects and clients. For example, we were able to collect missing information in our records such as phone numbers.

-We had a lot of bad data issues including incorrect emails and outdated data. We also wasted a lot of time on data verification for Contacts and Accounts.

-The benefits of using Delpha include the following:

The installation process takes a few hours to set-up which isn’t a deal breaker, but there is room for improvement to make future clients able to just plug and play quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Delpha is an amazing tool that has helped us solve many complicated data quality issues including:

-Deduping data throughout org in bulk with Delpha’s data steward view saves us huge time

-Enabling SDRs to prospect faster with the LinkedIn connector that can generate and enrich new contact lists inside our org

-Less bounce rates with better generated emails from Delpha
