They can view actionable information to gain insights that are otherwise not available. For some geographies like China with very opaque business dealings, it can provide investors with information about unethical conduct. **What do you dislike about Deloite Halo?** There should be some feedback to the whistleblowers. The feedback could be a broad level benefit received by the authorized clients due to that specific information. Also, the process of enlistment of the authorized clients should be known to the whistleblowers. One example is if competitors of business A are the authorized clients, they may actually receive insider information **What problems is Deloite Halo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Halo is delivering insights to the end clients 'authorized clients'. To me as a user, a whistleblower, it provides a moral or ethical reward for undoing any loss or preventing any loss to shareholders ### 3. I appreciate how it is an available tool 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is always someone on call willing to chat. **What do you dislike about Deloite Halo?** The UX (user interface / experience) could be a bit better from the perspective of a common user. Some tools were a bit hard to navigate and hard to follow the path to get there. **What problems is Deloite Halo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Deloitte Halo is solving the problem of anonymous whisleblowing, and ensuring organizations remain compliant. It benefits me because it makes me feel comfortable submitting tips anonymously. ### 4.
