The speed of Instant recoveries and the compression is the best I've seen so far. **What do you dislike about Dell NetWorker?** I found the interface to be quite complicated. When I used it, the UI was Java-based and not intuitive, which made even simple tasks confusing. Additionally, several functions, such as NAS backup, were not available, so we had to rely on NDMP for backups. **What problems is Dell NetWorker solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a backup solution for our on-premises environment, and we used this software for several years before eventually switching to another product. The main use was with tape backup and it got the job done but it wasn't very intuitive. ### 2.
