**What do you like best about delivery.com for Merchants?**

The concept of having our food and wellness essentials delivered to us is very appealing and a great time saver.

**What do you dislike about delivery.com for Merchants?**

I find communication between businesses and delivery.com is subpar.  On different occasions, I have had orders cancelled because delivery.com said they could not reach the business.  

**Recommendations to others considering delivery.com for Merchants:**

If you are willing to accept that there will be glitches and they are experiencing growing pains, this concept could ultimately save your business time and resources.  

**What problems is delivery.com for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can save time by having food delivered during busy shifts and business products delivered quickly when we run out before our next shipment is delivered.
