**What do you like best about Delightree?**

Delightree has been a game-changer for streamlining operations across our Hawaii Fluid Art locations. What I love most is how it simplifies daily checklists and SOPs, making it easy for studio staff to stay consistent and on task. The mobile-friendly interface allows our team to stay connected and accountable, whether they're on-site or remote. It’s intuitive, customizable, and keeps everything in one place—perfect for our fast-paced, creative environment. Delightree helps us maintain our high standards while giving franchisees a clear structure for success.

**What do you dislike about Delightree?**

While Delightree has helped us streamline many processes, there are a few areas that could be improved for our specific needs. The biggest challenge is the lack of flexibility in customizing certain workflows—sometimes we need more tailored functionality that aligns with our unique experiences and creative operations. Additionally, reporting can feel limited; pulling data or tracking progress across multiple locations isn't always as seamless as we’d like. Lastly, occasional glitches or sync issues have caused some hiccups in daily checklist usage. That said, their support team is responsive, and we’re hopeful for continued improvements as the platform evolves.

**What problems is Delightree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing in new team members used to mean time-consuming, one-on-one training. Delightree offers an easy way to assign training modules and repeatable workflows. This saves you time and ensures consistency—especially critical when you’re juggling multiple openings or supporting multiple franchisees.

**What do you like best about Delightree?**

As the Marketing Solutions Architect at Hawaii Fluid Art, I can confidently say that Delightree offers the best customer support we’ve experienced across any software platform. Despite their continued growth and expansion in both team and technology, they maintain the responsiveness and attentiveness of a small, customer-focused company.

Every feature they’ve introduced has been thoughtfully implemented with clear utility. Unlike platforms that add features for the sake of novelty, Delightree builds with purpose. The tools they’ve rolled out are ones our team uses daily—and they’ve consistently improved our operations.

With franchise owners from a wide range of professional and technical backgrounds, we needed a solution that was intuitive, fast to adopt, and easy to train on. Delightree met that need perfectly. Most new users are comfortable navigating the platform within a single day.

**What do you dislike about Delightree?**

Sometimes finding documents & learning materials can be an issue, but since they re-vamped their AI search system, this has become much less of a problem.

**What problems is Delightree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delightree centralizes our training materials, checklists, and team communications into one easy-to-use platform. This has drastically improved accountability, transparency, and speed of execution across all of our locations for onboarding, grand openings, compliance and continued learning + training. It’s especially beneficial for onboarding new franchisees and staff. What used to take days sometimes now takes hours.

**What do you like best about Delightree?**

It's incredibly user-friendly—right from the start, I found it easy to navigate and set up. What rtands out is how much time it’s saved me in managing my employees. From onboarding to daily operations, everything is streamlined and efficient. I no longer have to chase down checklists or repeat the same instructions over and over. Delightree keeps everyone on the same page, and I can finally focus more on growing my business instead of being buried in admin work. I highly recommend it to any business owner looking for a smarter way to manage their team!

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike! If I had to pick something, it would be that I wish I had started using it sooner. Like any platform, there’s a small learning curve at first, but the support team is super responsive and helpful. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor hiccups—Delightree has made my day-to-day so much easier.

Switching to Delightree was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our team to get up and running quickly. What really stood out was how seamless the transition process was — everything was smooth and stress-free.

On top of that, their support team has been outstanding. They’re not only responsive and knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and eager to help. It’s clear that customer experience is a top priority for them.

Highly recommend Delightree to any business looking for a reliable, easy-to-use platform backed by a fantastic support team!

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the current limitation on uploading media images. It’s a small drawback, but addressing it would make an already great platform even better.

**What do you like best about Delightree?**

Consolidated multiple needs into one platform. Very user-friendly for us to create and update our forms and resources. Also, it is user-friendly for our team to use as well. Love how Delightree is constantly innovating and updating.

**What do you dislike about Delightree?**

We are power users of the chat function, and it works well. We are waiting for the updates to make it more like WhatsApp or Slack, as I stated, they are always updating and innovating.

**What problems is Delightree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a 3rd party vendor for daily inspections, and we will need a 3rd party for audits soon. This platform has eliminated the cost and need of multiple outside vendors. A one-stop shop, if you will. It has also helped us organize forms, documents, and other critical items so we have them at the tips of our fingers.

**What do you like best about Delightree?**

The search functionality—both standard and AI-powered—is outstanding. I especially appreciate how easy it is to customize learning pathways for our staff. This is hands down the best Learning Management System I’ve used.

**What do you dislike about Delightree?**

I find the homepage a bit disorienting—it can be confusing for those we train to distinguish between what’s essential and what’s supplementary. It might be helpful to allow customization of the layout and the order of menu boxes to improve clarity and navigation.

In a franchise setting, miscommunication can happen quickly if it’s not managed well. Delightree makes it easy to keep everyone aligned and working toward shared growth.

Delight tree has been very easy to Navigate especially with the built in AI search engine.

**What do you dislike about Delightree?**

I really do not see any downside with delighted. As a business owner it is simple to use, organized and has options for every category in which we are utilizing. The only thing I wish it had was built in scheduling.

Delight tree has made a few changes since we have integrated for ease of use in which has simplified some of the search and navigation to some of our content, surveys, menus, and list.

At Clean Eatz, we love the fact that our voice and opinion is heard by the Delightree team. They are easy to work with and have been great for our Franchise! The three way notifications have been very helpful in getting information to the right parties.

**What do you dislike about Delightree?**

There are no major downsides to using Delightree. Changing LMS systems is difficult and the Delightree team made transferring documents, systems and locations a breeze.

Currently, anytime we have a problem or issue, the Delightree team is quick to handle and correct
