Would be good if it allowed for more powerful reporting, when looking at company wide users and other relevant information. This ties in with showing ROI for a company, which Degreed could offer some more features for in general. Degreed is a great tool for professional development. Our company uses it to create different pathways for all kinds of topics (i.e. time management, leadership) and you can also create your own pathways for any topics you're interested in. There is also an Chrome plugin and you can easily add articles to Degreed and read them later. You can also get point for every article you read - our company gives out rewards for power users and it's a great motivation. Definitely a great resource to have.
