When I stored archival copies of books I owned, they terminated my account. I objected because I have a right to store such files, they responded: Your appeal has been declined Hi I'm the Degoo Service Bot. A human has reviewed your appeal and unfortunately you did not provide enough evidence to prove ownership of the files. Therefore I have to inform you that your appeal has been declined. This will be useful in case we wish to revert to its past versions because of minor changes in the code files. With a click, we can easily select the version which we need to keep by overviewing the revision history insight feature. We receive our client documents from various platforms and there are many chances that we might miss one of them. In order to avoid this hindsight, we started using Degoo to have a centralized collaboration platform for our teams. Each member overviews multiple collaboration platforms associated with clients and uploads the files to Degoo. During our daily sync-up meetings, we run through our requirements & SOP documents to discuss the approach and allocate tasks. As soon as we complete our task, we upload the code to Degoo and send notifications to others. Once all associated tasks are successfully done, we group them in our workflow orchestration, deploy them to our AWS environment and ask the support team to monitor the application. We can see all recent updates to our file or document and keep up with any changes made by other peers in our group because all file sharing occurs in real-time. We can simply configure and map files in our Degoo account so that whenever we make changes, it automatically gets synchronized and uploaded to our shared folder. This process happens in the backend so that we can proceed with accessing our files and carry on with our other file uploading activities which is great. We can modify the permissions of the recipient of the shared link whether it's for read-only access, collaborator access or owner access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Degoo? Its performance can be lagging in case of bulk uploads and its sync rate also varies which can't be controlled. It's superb for personal usage and collaborating with peers but for managing confidential documents of stakeholders and meeting up with deadlines, it needs more customization features to support enterprise solutions. We are able to share documents, digital assets, job scripts, program files and many other contents internally within our peer circle using Degoo. It's an excellent cloud-based platform where we can collaboratively work on a framework and introduce enhancements for learning purposes. Since all file sharing happens in real-time, we can see all recent updates in our file/document and also stay up-to-date with the changes introduced by other peers in our group. Degoo has also made sharing controls to be simple & straightforward and we can set the time to expire to any of our links for facilitating the retention period.
