## Summit Cloud Reviews
  ### 1. Rock-Solid Uptime and Fast, Responsive Technical Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subhash I. | Network Infrastructure Manager

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Summit Cloud?**

The chief benefits for us are server uptime reliability and the rapid response of the technical team. Prior to migrating, maintaining physical servers and switches and dealing with unexpected spikes in traffic was demanding quite a bit of manual intervention. Once we switched to the managed infrastructure hosting, our up-time now sits closer to 99.9%, all day every day.
We have a good incident resolution rate, for whenever there’s an issue with the network or very high traffic, the response on ticket from the tech team usually occurs within 15-20 minutes.
The server migration was performed well, their engineers helped us migrate client work into the new infrastructure without any issues at all and without affecting live business. Their web dashboards allow clear and concise monitoring of CPU usage, RAM, and band.

**What do you dislike about Summit Cloud?**

The price of scalability is high where there may be cases such as if we were to require more bandwidth or backup storage instantly, and the way costs are added should be much clearer. The portal should have a more modern UI as it currently appears rather dated. Basic requests such as ordering a custom firewall change or port forwarding involve raising a ticket, and requires tier-2 approval which took the engineers an additional 2 to 3 hours in each case. If we could have direct self-service in the portal for basic network rules, it would greatly cut down engineers' time.

**What problems is Summit Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to outsourcing our hosting, my team and I was consuming too much of our time checking physical hardware, reboots, thermals, and cables in data centers for all our servers.

Currently:
We have absolutely no need to worry about hardware failure of our servers or manual replacement of hardware components.
Our backups schedules and DR plans are all provided by the vendor SLA.
My internal network team can spend more time focused on client delivery, security policies and internal support instead of repetitive hardware tasks.
Consistently my team is saving team time and also server downtime.

  ### 2. Managed IaaS - Reviewing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vivaan T. | Senior Data Scientist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Summit Cloud?**

I used it on my first project for Performance Tracking, backups and simplifying infrastructure security management. It is also easy for those customers who don't have the expertise to manage it themselves. Some famous and leading examples of Managed IaaS providers include Amazon Web Services (AWS) Managed Services, Microsoft Azure Managed Services, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Managed Services.

**What do you dislike about Summit Cloud?**

Nothing I get any dislike for its services. Those who don't have expertise in abstraction can use it blindly. I used it, and it is safe secure, and fastest.

**What problems is Summit Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides advanced security features such as intrusion detection and firewall management. We choose it because it reduces the risk of downtime and potential business impact quality of support. It is also easy to handle and meets all customer requirements, increasing the priority and revenues in clients' minds.
