What do you dislike about Definitive Healthcare?

Sometimes the information is dated and you don't get the same level of detail that you get with Zoom Info. Also there are occasions when the information is not cross referenced properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Definitive Healthcare:

What problems is Definitive Healthcare solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Definitive Healthcare to get bed counts and staffing data on hospitals. I also use Definitive Healthcare to get financial data and leakage data on hospitals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Definitive Healthcare?

easy to download and export information into excel. You can use a hospital search filter which can narrow down results, or if you have a hospital in mind you can download years worth of data.The data all comes from the medicare cost reports which makes them reliable data and very useful. What do you dislike about Definitive Healthcare?

What problems is Definitive Healthcare solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can compare any organization all at once. Downloading the CMS cost reports is very hard and you need to combine using sSQL and need to do it for each year. However Definitive combines all this information for you into one digestible format. "Outdate Platform And Unempowered Employees"

What do you like best about Definitive Healthcare?

What do you dislike about Definitive Healthcare?

Definitive' s UI is outdated compared to competitors and they don't build any integrations with popular software that companies use. We switched to Zoominfo and our Sales Team loves it.

DHC's database was useless for our company as they do not keep key contacts updated in their database that my sales team was targeting. After highlighting this fact to Account Management, they tried to steer us towards other aspects of their database that were essentially useless to us. We asked to end the contract early and they refused. Working with their Account Management team, it seem like they had little power to either make the platform and database useful, nor did they have the power to provide creative solutions for us to end our relationship on a positive note. They seem really rigid.

Be sure to test out their database and product extensively before committing. Once they get you in a contract, they're not letting you out...even if you prove to them that their database do not perform accordingly and that their contacts are outdated with information missing. Lack of customer friendly solution and AM empowerment left a bad feeling with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do not do it. There are better solutions out there with faster customer service, better pricing, and better quality data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Definitive Healthcare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Healthcare and hospital chief officer contact information as well as head of IT contact infos. DHC has not provided any benefits and their contact information is outdated and incorrect. What do you like best about Definitive Healthcare?

It is a very interesting and necessary software because the data it contains is about medical content, I love Definitive Healthcare since we can link information directly to the salesforce pages, we can say that it is automatically updated on different websites, the which is an important category to obtain more knowledge of the agreement while exercising its function in a platform, including that it offers details on organizations such as executives, size, income and among other outstanding functionalities. Lately, as time goes by, a failure has been specified regarding updates in some fields of the system, one of these is that they do not maintain renewals of the members of the c suite frequently, this is a development option within the software, all This is due to the fact that when it comes to interacting with customers with potential features, the information to be distributed, in some cases, is often out of date, providing inaccessible data that no longer works. Definitive Healthcare when it is implemented for the first time to a platform of any company in common to the subject matter of which the software deals, we can describe that it adapts very well when a general knowledge is needed when we relate to an organization, without excluding this system offers a database of health care providers, which provides contact information for key stakeholders, which is a fully recommended service for companies that are included in the health branch. Definitive Healthcare is used to a great extent in our organization, we use it primarily to keep track of information within health systems, offering us new data on a daily basis which we use to create new innovations according to the subject, in other aspects This software helps us to define if someone is within our ideal client profile to define the size and number of personnel within a company. We have been able to show our hospitals their data, so we are strategically selling using the Definitive health system claims information. We are able to more quickly access the contacts we need, as well as understand the quality scores for each hospital. "Great system for finding contacts in healthcare"

What do you like best about Definitive Healthcare?

I enjoy using Definitive Healthcare because it allows me to find contacts and organizations in a quick and timely manner. It allows me to filter easily and search in very specific areas or for specific technologies. Also, it allows me to search by specialty, procedure, medicare and quality programs. It has a lot of filters which makes it easy to do my job. I also like the fact that is has LinkedIn accounts attached to peoples contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the information on the providers and practices are incorrect but I would say it is usually correct. You are able to report something that is incorrect and submit new contact information if you have the correct information on the person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
