What do you like best about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?

The simplicity and clarity of the platform features and design. The platform's UI is incredibly intuitive and well organized. I have never really felt like I needed to be "trained" but have instead been able to click around and find where I need to be. The platform truly lives up to being designed for companies who need security, but have no security team. II also like the overall looks of the reports and the information they provide. The reports are organized and incredibly clear. On top of that, remediation information on the Vulnerability Reports thoroughly covers what needs to be done to remediate each vulnerability, allowing me to resolve the issue with less research. What do you dislike about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?

I dislike that I need to send a request to generate ad-hoc reports or start an ad-hoc scan. I would like to see that bit of power brought to the end-users (admins).

I would also like to see separate reports for internal and external scans. I feel this could provide even more clarity to the platform and it's reports. While the reports are already clear, the internal reports can get very large, and being able to pull just the external issues would be very helpful to my, and I am sure others, workflows. Recommendations to others considering Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution:

I recommend using the product in the house as well. This will provide value to your company by increasing security knowledge in-house, but it will also improve sales, as your company will also understand how the product looks and works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving a lot of unrealized and undocumented configurations on firewalls. We have discovered devices open to the world that were not supposed to be, we have discovered expired certificates we were not aware existed. And this is just the vulnerability scanner!

The training portion has alleviated repetitive discussions with the end-users by providing training for us. We have discovered breaches from the password scanner that we would have never otherwise detected.

We have also been able to refresh security plans and documents with clients who never felt comfortable writing them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cybersecurity, while critically important is also "one more thing" that our small team does not have time or expertise to handle well. Defendify solutions help greatly but still require users to have a minimum of knowledge/expertise that we lack. Some of the cybersecurity nomenclatures alone are tough. We onboarding a large client that had cybersecurity requirements that we needed to meet. Defendify got us to the point of minimum acceptability quickly and we now have a solid cybersecurity foundation to build on and are well-positioned for onboarding future, similar clients. What do you like best about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?

Defendify has really been able to grow with us as a business. We started by using Defendify to get our cybersecurity house in order and to meet some compliance and vendor requirements from our enterprise customers. We've since expanded to include Defendify's Breach Detection & Response, which now provides us with a 24/7 Security Operations Center with monitoring/containment/remediation. We were pleasantly surprised to have that up and running in just a couple of weeks. It's been an eye-opener for us to see the Defendify reports. We feel so much better knowing we have a team of cybersecurity experts keeping a close eye on things around the clock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a global organization with a partially distributed team and a worldwide network of distributors. While we work with Fortune 500 customers, we aren't one ourselves. We don't have dedicated security experts on staff and can't budget for cyber like the major corporations and defense contractors we do business with every day. They all want us to have robust cybersecurity, and many are now requiring it of us. Before Defendify, that was a real challenge for us, especially with vendor risk assessments arriving what feels like every week. I like that the team listened to our needs and tailored a plan to suit. They weren't pushy and they understood and got something done quickly, and in budget. I'm looking forward to working long-term with Defendify to help our business stay safe.

I also like the fact we can do things on our own time and use Defendify as a platform for things like health checkups and policies.
