The setup was minimal, we had things up and running within a day or so, and the outcome has been very valuable in helping us get an understanding of our cybersecurity posture. **What do you dislike about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?** Some of the reporting we receive could stand to be improved. For example, with Awareness videos, the addition of custom columns that we define could help significantly with our internal reporting to the executive team. **What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** The suite of Defendify products that we subscribe to provide a number of key services that solve for several deficiencies we had previously and that expose any vulnerabilities or flaws, which then informs our decisions about additional initiatives we need to explore to improve cybersecurity posture. For example, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing inform us of any areas of the network that are vulnerable to network attack, which then tells us which areas we need to focus our improvement efforts on. ### 2. We're not a huge organization, so we do not need custom reports at this present time. However, custom reports could be beneficial in looking ahead to how we'd eventually monitor the environment. **What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Defendify enables us to meet specific security benchmarks in partnership agreements without the massive cost of building an internal security team. Would prefer a more concise listing. **What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides some relief to cyber insurance premiums. Provides cyber threat expertise that we don't have on our IT staff.
