They weren't pushy and they understood and got something done quickly, and in budget. I'm looking forward to working long-term with Defendify to help our business stay safe. I also like the fact we can do things on our own time and use Defendify as a platform for things like health checkups and policies. It is also really nice to have an extra ear to chew and get advice from. **What do you dislike about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?** Nothing so far. Update to this. I have talked to my customer success manager and this was responded to but the response ended up in a Spam folder. **Recommendations to others considering Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution:** Make sure you have enough time for implementation of the defendify culture and reach out to you =r success rep. **What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Phishing testing and training. You don't need expertise. They will guide you in best practices and provide templates for documentation and everything you need to set up a basic security presence. Great for getting started and ensuring all your bases are covered. The regular blasts on security threats and events are my favorite and probably most helpful feature to me personally. I don't have to spend time trying to research threats. They synthesize current events for me and place the information I need right in my hands. The team also works to make you feel thought of and secured. They made suggestions outside of their platform for things we might want to do to beef up our security. **What do you dislike about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?** The program is great for a one-stop-shop for multiple different security tools, however, there are more robust tools out there specializing in each individual area. This is a great tool for helping you start out, and has options to grow with your needs, but I see potential to out-grow the product while slowly replacing each module with a more robust specialized program. As an individual user the cost isn't bad, but we found to scale up and add their security awareness training to our full staff was a bit pricey, and you have to purchase things in packages that limit the services you need vs the services you want. **What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documentation was our biggest issue aided by Defendify. Also, it offers greater awareness of the kinds of tools our business needs and then provides them. Vulnerability Scanning is a nice peace of mind. We have looked into Pen Testing with them as well. Also, our account rep led us to a few other programs that have bolstered our security presence. ### 4. It has a great toolset for giving you what an SMB needs out of the box to start their path down cybersecurity by providing a base monthly scanning along with being able to produce company Incident Response Plan and Data Use Policy. People from sales to support are first-class! **What do you dislike about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution?** The initial vulnerability scanning is set to monthly, and if you need more frequent scanning (depending on your needs you may require weekly/daily scanning for Internet-facing objects) you will need to setup a new payment plan and schedule - this should be either more upfront during the sales process or provide a tiered structure that you can see on the website. Monthly is a good start, but many SMB's still require a more frequent scan. Base report sent is solid but would like to have a few options on how I want to see it as well. For example, you will see the report sectioned by criticality, which is great, but sometimes I want the ability to focus on one server; so having an option to see all vulnerabilities by a server (or IP) would be very beneficial to not have to jump around to find them all. **Recommendations to others considering Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution:** The people at Defendify are great and very knowledgable. Extremely simple install/go-live process, you will be up and running very rapidly. The vulnerability scanning is excellent as well as the extras you get like policies, plans and sec awareness training. The only caveat is the lack of customized reports, which I believe Defendify will offer this as their product and customers mature and want to evaluate data in their own way. **What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exposing vulnerabilities so we can get those patched, or servers deprecated, etc., is the main goal. Going through our Critical and High vulnerabilities has shown my department and the company management that we are vulnerable and need to always take an active stance on security. The benefit realized will be a more secure system and user awareness raised. ### 7.
